Loved this game - could be a little better linking between puzzles as a a couple are spread across different rooms so it was difficult (for me) to work out what went where. Gotta say I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the stargate... been wanting a puzzle type stargate game for a while and just wish someone would take the idea of this game and make it bigger. Most suggestions for a Stargate type game seem to just be focused on shoot em ups.... this is all about the Daniel Jackson element - which is great.
It is a solid game. Not great and not bad. It feels a bit long winded and some of the puzzles are badly explained and the solutions are not really intuitive. Also the controls are wonky at times and the camera could have used a bit of polishing. Also there is too much jogging around between rooms in the second half to get stuff for solutions. Can be mitigated by noting stuff down but I was too lazy to do that. So I was running around. The story does not really make sense. But it is an escape room game. So the story is secondary. Maybe get is on sale. Score: 6/9

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Pretty good. Definitely a game worth playing although was totally lost at times. Would never have finished or progressed in the game without the guide occasionally.
Challenging yet still fair. I played the other escape rooms too and this one felt the most advanced, like you have to play the others to prepare yourself for this one. I do 'cheat' by making screenshots, but I love it when it finds ways to force you to take notes (moving scenes). My scribblings for the final puzzle (red) were like an extra puzzle. Being forced outside a room for a solution in another room is also a nice bonus, opens up the playing mat. The door before the finale felt almost like an elden ring boss: knowing it's possible, you just have to do some test runs & find ways to optimise your timing. I did have some issues with movement in the big alien room, especially around the pillars, almost like invisible walls. Things seemed jittery at times. No issues beyond that, and I guess they can be fixed easily.
Un casse-tête vraiment bien pensé, j'ai adoré le faire ! Il est même mieux que Mystic Academy (qui a été fait par les mêmes devs) A prendre en promo par contre vu qu'il se finit assez rapidement !
It's a shame because this was my favourite mc2 game for the first half of it (very good puzzles, setting and atmosphere), but as soon as i entered the alien temple, it seemed like all the puzzles in it were not interactable. At the beginning i thought that this was intended, with the professor preceding you and solving every puzzle before you, but judging from the achievements and the dev guide, it seems i got a bug that kicked me out from half of the content in the game and let me in the ending room (you can't even reload because the game autosaves on your playthrough slot in the final room with the door closing behind you). As it is now, I cannot recommend it for this reason. Shame, it was really fun while it lasted :(
Très sympa
This game was very fun! The puzzles were modaratly hard, but definitly doable. The only thing I wasn't very fond of was that a lot of the time the info you needed to solve a puzzlewas in another room. You were not able to take it with you. So there either was a lot of walking back and fort trying to remember. I ended up taking pictures or writing things down in a notebook. Other than that I definitly would recomend this game.
Especial thanks to "Salmoreja"
Very nice escape room riddle game with engaging and interesting riddles, a unique setting and an interesting progression. Anyone who likes to solve escape room can give this a try, escpecially if it is in sale.
