Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
It has action, puzzles, and parkour, just like all its predecessors. I'm a big fan of the *Prince of Persia* series, and this installment did not disappoint me. Kudos to the team that designed the parkour stages—they're creative, challenging, and incredibly fun to play.
Challenging and engaging. A great mix of puzzle solving and action.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This Game is Just awesome i highely recommend playing it. The architecture in this game is amazing and the combat and the movements walking on the Walls Freezing Water Controlling Time everything is amazing. For those who are thinking to give it a try u wont regret it. Even the boss Fights were amazing. I Played it 4 Times and never got boring.
Good game
The theory that I enjoy every Prince of Persia game starring Yuri Lowenthal remains correct! The melee combat has been dumbed down a little, with blocking and the flashier environmental attacks (like spinning around pillars) having been removed. In turn, you get four magic abilities you can use in combat, which frankly - other than brief invulnerability, which also happens to be the most boring one - felt a little underwhelming in comparison to how quickly you can dispatch enemies just spamming your basic sword attack brainlessly instead... In turn they crushed it with the climbing though! In addition to your disappointing offensive magic, you also gain a couple of abilities that let you alter the environment - like temporarily solidifying water so you can hold onto it - which you'll have to quickly weave inbetween your jumps, making traversal more reactive and you feel more skillful and badass for crushing it. I had a blast with this, especially on the final climb. It's a bit disappointing they chose to make the camera angles always show you exactly where to go next, I quite would've liked actually having to figure out the route myself with these new options in mind. There are a few puzzles I enjoyed though, partially requiring use of your powers as well, so I got to do *some* thinking after all. The palace the game takes place in is visually quite a treat too. I marvelled at quite a few of the decorated halls I got to parkour my way through. (Let's not talk about the Prince himself though... I don't know who made his face texture, but I'd like a stern word with them.) The downside to this is the performance though. You wouldn't think it of a game from 2010, but somehow, I dipped below the 60 fps I had to lock it to (else the physics go bonkers) shockingly often, despite my hardware being pretty high end. It seems poorly optimized, though perhaps it ran smoothly once upon a time and simply struggles on newer systems and hardware that it wasn't designed for. All in all, I had a pretty good time playing The Forgotten Sands. It countered all the parts I felt unsure about with bits I quite liked and never made me feel bored or frustrated. After the 2008 game having been so different from the previous titles in the series, it was nice returning to a more traditional PoP experience. It certainly doesn't top The Sands of Time or The Two Thrones for me, but I would nevertheless recommend it. Go spend some quality time with your brother! Nothing bad will happen, surely, and you get to explore his beautiful palace.
