In Prey, you awaken aboard Talos I, a space station orbiting the moon in the year 2032. You are the key subject of an experiment meant to alter humanity forever – but things have gone terribly wrong. The space station has been overrun by hostile aliens and you are now being hunted.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 4.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Quite the game. I like the multiple solutions the game brings and the abilities you can use. It also rewards exploration and even listening/reading logs by giving side quests or codes. There's one bug that makes tracking missions a pain but overall each mission and room feels unique. The horror aspect never truly ends, it only gets easier to deal with mid to late game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Absolutely phenomenal game. When I play a game, I want to play something immersive and this is it. Graphics, gameplay, story… all top notch.
One of the best immersive sims I've played

Arkane
I finally got around to playing this since I've been trying to play some of the back log that I have. Now it's been out for a decade now and yes I'm playing it a decade after release but that's whatever. It's a pretty good game. The story, the graphics, the mechanics are all pretty decent. This game shows that even older games are good even a decade after release. Get this game if you are looking for another sci-fi game to play.
one of the greatest games ever made
Took me a long time to play Prey, but I'm glad I finally did. Great story telling by both what is said and what is shown. The environment tell you a lot of what happened on Talos I. Loved the mechanics (gravity sections were lots of fun), the voice acting, and the twists and turns of the narrative. If you played Dishonored, or even Bioshock (although not that similar), I think you should give Prey a try. It gives that despair commonly present in Eldritch histories. What can we small humans do against this? We can only push forward and try or best, as the alternative is succumb to despair. Worth it, go for it! And Morgan... have empathy.
