I enjoyed my time with it. The Devs seemed to have fixed a lot of the problems previous reviews complained about. The history and story were refreshing. Trade and building were made simple and the game played smooth once you got use to the UI. There could have been more complexity in commodities and township, but over all it wasn't bad, though not as addicting as Patrician3.

Как в такой игре нет авто-сохранения? Оно есть, но сохраняет не каждые там 10 минут, а только при выходе. При выходе из игры я и сам сохраняюсь. Бои пошаговые, не зрелищные. Во второй части и то накал страстей был больше. P.S. Порадовала торговля и построение торговых путей. Особенно необходимость учитывать розу ветров.
Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen null verstehen. Habe "Die Hanse", alle Patrizierteile, ja auch den ersten und viele Port Royale-Teile gespielt. Das ist hier ist nicht einfach nochmal das gleiche Spiel in moderner Grafik, sondern man hat echt viel verbessert (besonders bei Handel und Kampf) und das Spiel darüber hinaus in so vielen Bereichen erweitert, dass es einfach nie langweilig wird, sondern auch später immer Herausforderungen für einen bereithält. Alles habe ich noch nicht entdeckt und ich freue mich aber darauf.

It's okay for all Pirates fanatics. In my opinion It can be a little bit borring if you don't like Tycoon games.
Das Game ist das Geld mehr als Wert, vor allem im Sale auf Steam. Nicht von den negativen Rezensionen abschrecken lassen, das Spiel macht Spaß, vor allem mit den Kampagnen beginnen...interessant und unterhaltsam, auch das Tutorial ist sehr gut. Alles in allem bin ich seit 3 Tagen dabei und habe 17h..bin bei der 3ten Kampagne, es macht Spaß, auch das Retro Feeling ist schön, hatte damals den 1 oder 2 Teil gespielt, bin mir nicht mehr sicher. Gebt dem Spiel bitte eine Chance :)
