Honestly kinda mediocre. It has the same vibes as exit 8 but without the fun gameplay loop. In Exit 8 it was all about paying attention and looking for anomalies on the environment. Here, the anomalies are still a thing, but you have to simply "avoid" them. That wouldn't be an issue if 90% of them weren't just “walk forward” or “run forward”. It felt like a creepy walking simulator at times. There were a few that made me think and those were fun but the majority of them are very uninteractive. They also added a few moments where it's like old Exit 8 and you have to locate the hidden anomaly but they are much more obvious with no room for double guessing. It's short but did not enjoy my time

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

bu oynu ve yapımcısını seviyorum Exit 8 in filmi çıktı bununda çıkmalıda ben 2 kez bitirdim 48 dakikada yemek yemek daha uzun 6/10
Challenge: 4/10 | Atmosphere: 6/10 | Sound design: 4/10 | Length: 4/10 Overall: 5/10 Peron 8 has the player move through a train carriage while looking for differences or solving small puzzles. The anomaly-spotting sections are generally very simple, while the mini-puzzles are also fairly easy. However, due to the game’s structure, the player often has only one chance to proceed correctly. Making a mistake sends the run back to the beginning. The game clearly indicates that an anomaly has to be found before moving forward, which weakens some of the uncertainty and tension. Instead of wondering whether something has actually changed, the player is often simply looking for the required interaction. Some anomalies have a mildly unsettling, horror-like atmosphere. The train compartment itself is reasonably well made, and the constant sound of the train helps support the setting. Some puzzles also include additional audio effects, although these feel more like a minor supplement than a meaningful part of the experience. Visually, the game looks decent, but it does have some noticeable technical imperfections, particularly with light reflections and mirrors. Compared with Exit 8, the location is slightly larger, contains more elements, and includes mini-puzzles rather than relying only on observation. The general concept is similar, but Peron 8 gives the player less freedom to simply move forward, as progress is more directly tied to solving or interacting with specific anomalies.Overall, Peron 8 is a slightly more interactive take on the Exit 8 formula. It has a larger setting and a few additional ideas. Worth checking out on sale, but not essential.
Pretty underwhelming and a step down from Exit 8. Finished it, completely, all anomalies, all achievements in just a bit over an hour. It's a bit confusing regarding how anomalies and progress work at first, especially if you've played Exit 8, but as soon as you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. One achievement was interesting, and I "thoroughly examined" it for about 15 mins, and a couple of anomalies were indeed creepy, but it's all too little. I'm not refunding it cause I got it for 2.5 euro, and I guess that hour and a bit was worth it?
3/10
Kısa oynanış süresine rağmen çok keyifli ve güzel düşünülmüş bir oyun. Kısa süre içinde yeni şeyler denemek istiyorsanız kesinlikle şans vermelisiniz.
Platform 8

Positives:
+ Nice idea + Calm and creepy at the same time + Good sounds + Some cool and original anomalies + Achievements + FOV-adjuster + Steam guides + Clever "ending"
Negatives:
- The graphics looks worse than in Exit 8 - Bad antialiasing - Confusing to understand the changed game rules - No easter eggs or hidden rooms (except maybe one) - Taxing on the computer - Very short (over in 0.5 - 1.5 hours)
Conclusion:
If you've played Exit 8, you know what to expect. The rules have changed a bit though, so be prepared for confusion in the beginning. Luckily there are some guides on the steam page if you get stuck. So is it better than the first game? Well, not really, but its a bit different. So make sure you play both.
Total Score: 7/10
NB! Change to these values if you get the feeling of nausea while playing: - Camera Shake: 0 - Camera Acceleration: 30 - Dot In Centre Of Screen: ON - FOV: 105-120 - Framerate Limit: 120 - Motion Blur: OFF - Resolution Scale: 75-85 - The rest of the graphics settings: Low or Medium
