Ads Ads Ads I love this old game, but this ported version simply has way too many ads. Even if you put your phone on airplane mode you have power ups fall on your screen that prompt ads. After every level, more ads! If you want to play at 2x speed, ads! There isn’t even an option to remove ads permanently, you can just buy temporary relief. Please for the love of God, just let me play the 2D plant defense game without the constant pop ups.

Great game ruined by a greedy company The mobile port of this game used to be great and had no ads whatsoever. After EA bought the game, however, it became riddled with ads and microtransactions. You get an ad every time you start a level. You get an ad every time a level ends. SOME OF THE FREAKING LAWNMOWERS ARE LOCKED BEHIND ADS. You can pay the greedy corporation to give you a break from the ads for a week, but judging by others’ reviews that may not even work. You also have a limited amount of offline plays even though there is LITERALLY NOTHING IN THE GAME THAT REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION. In summary, this mobile port of PvZ used to be great until Electronic Arts, the company that cares more about making money than making good games, got their greedy hands on it and packed it with ads and microtransations until it became just another mobile cash grab game.

Too good to be free Amazing work with the gameplay and in my opinion it’s better than the prequel or sequel because technically it is going into the past for it, but it’s number two in the series so I’m not sure but yeah amazing game 🔥🔥🔥

Failed saved progress After every uninstall the game resets you even if you have Game Center on so be aware if you download and make it far, still a wonderful game tho if there wasn’t ads every few minutes. Still nostalgic to play regardless

Too many adds Same great I’ve always loved but I hate how many adds there are. Wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t too long.
