good fun
If Sam was really serious, he would've wielded 6 weapons. Pickel Pete is serious.
The beginning is interesting but it becomes a boring grind afterwards. Just look at the gear upgrades, id say on average i found 4 items per round, usually white sometimes higher but never higher than blue. With 7 Slots times 5 classes and each needs 3 of the same kind to upgrade you can do the math how long it will take to get to the highest stage. Let allone the companion or figure upgrade. Is there anything coming that makes it interesting for later games?

If you like Brotato stop reading and buy this game, at $8 this is a no brainer purchase. While the core gameplay is inspired by Brotato it is much more than a copy and paste clone. The game adds several unique mechanics to vary builds and meta progression systems that offer a ton of replayability. This game has the potential to be an all time great roguelike. It deserves far more attention so the dev can continue to support the game with additional content.
I'M PICKLE RICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Davon abgesehen: klare Kaufempfehlung.
This is an average copy of Brotato, that should be in early access - yet is still addictive AF. Lets compare it vs brotato: Pros over Brotato: +multiple maps to picks from - they differs in enemies variety and map size- and can be really refreshing in first couple of runs Cons over brotato: -Meta progressions feels really slow- it is all about grinding resources during main gameplay loop, it feels similar to mobile games -Meta progression can make you easily OP from wave #1 -No tooltips to explain how stats are working (ie. how armor is working? it is flat dmg reduction? % damage reduction? how bleeding is working?) -Economy during main gameplay loop feels off- 3 picks in shop/expensive rerolls/strange item pricing. You rarelly buying more than 2 items per wave in shop -The game does not encourages you into trying new strategies - mostly because of random meta progression (ie. you want to try meele build, but dont have any meele wepons in starting equipment after 3 hours of gameplay- or you have only one "legendary" item that fits to only one build) -Bosses are too simple -Big variety of maps- but none of those maps feels as fine tuned as those in brotato (in terms of enemy mix during waves)
simple and fun, the user interface could be better. Pointing at an item should show the player the stats instead of having to manually click it and esc after.
