11.1 hours, 0/55 achievements, because I've been min/maxxing what for other players is the first 10 minutes for 3 hours, then fell asleep. 10/10 at least the beginning, it's all I've seen.
Plenty to like in the early game, but the late game drags to a crawl and the UI doesn't give enough tools for filtering or automation, so you end up digging through a lot of the same units (or ending up with screwy supply chains).

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

game is very shallow
if you wanted to play per aspera in coop don't bother there are literally no reason to play it in coop why ? 1 person is more than enough to do everything in this game and player 1 will already be afk half of the game why ? bc the coop is only in sandbox mod no story, by doing so you miss like 70% of the game want to start on different spot of mars? only player 1 will have resources spawn near them so you can't play separately the game can also decide to corrupt the file in multiplayer making p2 instantly desync over and over and on top of that both player need to have the dlc
Relaxing Mars terraforming sim. Relatively easy, doesnt need much micromanagement. Story is surprisingly good for a sim game, enjoyed it.
Logistics kills the fun for me. Bots can't complete anything in decent time, and it doesnt matter neither where and how much you place them. Half the game spent sitting on 1000's of basic resources lacking something like steel because bots can't deliver it in time. Another thing would be that the game is too slow. I literally played only on 16x and never went lower in my whole playtime, unless game forced me to x1 when event happened(god, why did you do that) Stupid bots aside - the game is good, i would probably've had fun if i didnt have to endure logistic nightmare enforced on me. Every single step you do actually changes the planet and it looks amazing.
I love city management games, i really do, and i tried hard to like Per Aspera, unfortunately i cant. It's too slow, too tedious, too boring. Each time when you are creating a new base or new base extension, you have to do it in the exactly same order. Not really a bad game, i would give it 5/10, but based on the fact that there are hundreds of similar games out there, this is just not enough.
Very beautiful simulation of terraforming Mars. Probably the most "realistic" one on the market at the moment. It looks satisfying to watch water levels rise and flora spread. Surely not for players that prefer fast gameplay, because the terraforming process ist slow. But for me that is a part of the beauty, since the process can be seen into small details. (I still mostly play on 16x) Dear devs, please add a function to jump to and/or cycle through mines, that have empied their deposit or better yet, every building. It's a pain to find obsolete buildings. That is literally the only thing bothering me - next to the building limit, but I hear that sadly is hard coded (even with mods).
Starts great, but really falls off towards the ending into basically "set speed to 16x and go do something else." Performance really suffers as the game progresses; I suspect a memory leak. The builder AI does not do what you would expect and there is no way to force them to build where you need them to build. It works on some kind of opaque queue system that doesn't really work and isn't predictable. I couldn't finish the game because I ended up in a gamebreaking stalemate, where my 2000 repair drones were not repairing anything, all except 10 of my builders vanished, and the remaining 10 would not respond to my instructions to build; It was as if they didn't exist. The number showed they were in play, but I could not see them and they would not respond to my instructions. I'm not willing to spend another 19 hours just to see the end.
