Upgrades are difficult to tell what is available or not. It looks fun from the outside, but after a while, you realize you're just staring at the ball launch power meter and nothing else. I ended up running a macro to launch balls to 100% this. Game feels extremely predetermined with no feeling of choice, seeing as all upgrades are extremely linear by cost.
Fun would peg again
I think coming into this I assumed it was more of a Balatro-like given the visual presentation which clearly takes a lot of cues from that category of games, but it's more of an incremental game in its structure from what I can tell. That means that it's really not about challenge and more about.. just doing the thing until it eventually gets you where you want to go. It may happen quicker, or more slowly, depending on how you do, but a random algorithm that repeatedly presses and depresses the spacebar for random intervals would eventually get there with enough time. That said, if you want something that's structured like an incremental game but features pachinko-like mechanics, you'll be into this. If you want a balatro (which, to be fair, is not actually something this game advertises intentionally), this probably won't do it sadly - there doesn't appear to be any real failure state here. It's just infinite quarter feeding. I'm going to recommend it on the basis of "If you know what you're getting into, you're gonna love it". It definitely has the 'juice' for an incremental game. But if you specifically want it to be a Balatro-like, don't bother.

Special balls get straight up deleted when they are supposedly scooped back into the queue but the queue is full because the extra gumballs get priority. so there is no buffer for them so they get straight up deleted. So half of the time they happen to actually get scooped up if feels like a loss, and feels terrible. Apart from that, incredibly short; needs various ball counters, per campaign, per run, top amount, lowest, most returns, most teleports etc. spammed turns, 8 hours for two playthroughs. Might need a ghost ball, (moves through other balls; No ball collisions)
pretty cute, peggle but its a node-like. I appreciate the pinball launching system, that way you don't waste time trying to aim for specific things when you really just gotta be launching that ♥♥♥♥. My only gripe with the launcher is that balls frequently slide back down the right edge, and balls have collision, so new balls that you shoot can just get knocked back down into the lava. really other wise a fun game though. Not very long but thats fine who cares.
Its cool.
Can recommend it. - Bad as incremental - Bad as IDLE - Bad as clicker - Bad as satisfying game Really grindy middle game, pointless late game. It neve really have any gameplay, you just push your balls all the time the same way over and over again. Nothing new will happen till the end. The worst upgrade here is just +5% to your income - clearly just an upgrade to make you play more that 2hrs. I really hated portals. Portals make your income less after each upgrade. It is really frustruting to wait for the last silver ball to make one last circle. Please do somthing to portals. For example, make all each of portals teleport balls to the beginning, not to the right. No incremental game should make you get runs withiout being able to upgrate something. It that game sometimes you make 2-3 runs for 1 simple pointless upgrade. I think you should decrease price of upgrades for 30% at least. You don't really care nor able to see stuff that happen on the main skreen. 95% of the time you are just focused on launching balls. There is no tactics, no gameplay, super straight-forward upgrades. Great sounds, animations and design though. Waste of money and time. Hightly nor recommend it.
I'm pretty close to refunding this game. I've tried my best to do to have fun with it - really, like I'm trying not to keep my eyes on the charge bar, but with how some of the special balls function (like the bouncy ball, the glass ball, i swear even the watermelon ball feels heavier) even when I tried to go off of muscle memory I kept finding myself looking over at it anyways instead of the board, which, if you bought this game, I would imagine is the main drawing point. A lot of the upgrades the game offers are underwhelming and generally feel not worth going for. A slight increase maybe, a small upgrade, which usually would be fine for these kinda' incremental games, but for a game that draws you in on its visual dopamine factor, a significant amount of them don't really add to that. It would be fine if these small upgrades weren't so expensive individually, but you're practically spending all your money at a time just for like.. a 3% increase to your peg value, just for you to spend the same amount of time anyways for the next upgrade. Overall, I felt like the two absolutely biggest parts of this game were both underwhelming, frustrating and just not satisfying. There's so much potential for this game to be good - if there were ways to interact with the board - a flipper maybe, some kind of shake, maybe even like a rebirth mechanic, hell, even changing the visual of the charge bar so that it follows the rim of the board instead of being in the corner I feel like would help a lot in keeping eyes closer on the thing that drew people into the game in the first place. I believe the developer CAN make this a good game, it just doesn't feel like it's quite there yet.
This was a solid few hours of some of the most satisfying boops, bonks, and bings I've heard in my life. Also a fun game if you're into incremental style games or pachinko, but not if you're like a hardcore pachinko sim-head because there is a "clown peg" in the game and when you hit it releases balloons that can then hit other pegs and I'm not really up on the modern pachinko scene or pachinko technology but I don't think that's real so your whole suspension of disbelief may be challenged. For everyone else, good game. Speaking of good game, whenever my dad was appreciative of something but didn't know what to say, he'd say "good [thing], strong [thing]", usually about the dog but it came up a lot, and I imagine if he was still alive this isn't a game he would like or say that about, but I think its fun. Check it out.
