Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Reviews
While I prefer Patho 2, I still enjoyed this one. It definitely isn't as difficult as the previous games and has removed the survival mechanics, which I can see being contentious with some long-time fans, but personally I don't mind them making the games more accessible, especially as someone who plays primarily for the narrative, story, & lore. Even if I preferred certain things in P2, I think there were some cool ideas in this one and it's interesting to see new things being explored, rather than just continually remaking the exact same game, whilst still being, to me, a recognisable Pathologic experience.
Amazing game i think.

wtf is this game
Despite all it´s flaws I am very happy this game exists
Excellent Game, Enjoyed it Immensely
Muito bom
Pathologic 2 was a one-of-a-kind experience to me, and I was incredibly curious to see if P3 would hit the same nerve. Turns out that, despite still being a fairly good game, P3 doesn't fully live up to it's predecessor. Without the brutal survival mechanics and the open world, the atmosphere of a dying town doesn't come across as well as it did in P2. This change makes sense though, Dankovsky is simply not the type to rummage through trash cans insearch for food or water. The time travel mechanic is really interesting conceptually, and executed quite well (which is impressive, since most media that tries to include time travel fails in doing so effectively). However, it is a bit annoying at times having to grind amalgam just to travel back to fix one decision. Some of the characters don't feel very consistent, but there are others I absolutely adored (Yakov and Eva my beloved). Another unfortunate drawback to me is that by already knowing most of the plot points from P2 (
the Polyhedron pierching the earth's heart, Simon and Isidor summoning the plague etc
), the town feels a lot less myterious. However, I suppose this can't be helped due to the core idea behind the series being the same 12 days experienced by different protagonists. Apathy/Mania is a great mechanic conceptually, but not exactly balanced very well. Diagnosing the patients in the hospital instead of brewing folk medicine like the Haruspex fits Dankovsky really well, however. In general, I really like the Bachelor and appreciate how this game conveys how different he is from the Haruspex. P3 is slightly dissapointing when compared to P2, sure, but all in all it is still a good story and an enjoyable experience.
pathologic is great
