About

A single-lane battlefield where every action costs a turn. Your enemy's next move is always telegraphed above their head. Fall back, or dive in behind them — every turn is a fight over position.
Paceweaver is a turn-based deckbuilding roguelike built on distance, facing, and timing. Retreat, close in, turn them around, and cut them down — attacks aren't the only cards. Movement, rotation, and swapping places are cards too, and building your deck is building the way you fight.

One Lane, Every Tile Counts — Every card has range, and a single tile decides whether you connect or whiff. Fall back or push in to make the distance you need.
Backstab for Double Damage — Every unit has a facing. Slip behind enemies, or spin them around to expose their backs. But watch yours — they're hunting it too.
0Every Threat Telegraphed — You always see what each enemy will do, and how many turns until they do it. Take a hit to counter, or spend a turn to strike first — combat is a puzzle of timing.

Movement Is a Card, Too — Attack, move, turn, swap. Assemble your own way of fighting from 31 cards.
Push, Pull, Collide — Knockback, pull-ins, charge collisions, and walls. Position itself is a weapon.

An Expedition of Branching Paths — Fight, shop, rest, events, treasure, and the forge on the way to the boss. Carry your deck, health, and gold across two chapters — and every region you clear unlocks permanently.

Take a contract from the adventurers' guild and set out across a single lane full of telegraphed threats. Which cards you hold, and where you choose to stand — that's your battle.
