great game, not a huge fan of some mechanics like making natural tiles and such so i added a workshop item to allow it. I would highly recommend
I bought this game thinking it was a cute, cozy cartoon colony sim from Klei. Instead, it systematically turned me into a mentally unhinged industrial dictator. First 10 hours: "Why are my dup peeing directly into the drinking water reservoir? Why is everyone suffocating in their own vomit?" 50 hours: Forced to open high school and college textbooks to re-learn the Laws of Thermodynamics, specific heat capacity, and fluid dynamics. 100 hours: Constructing SPOMs and Petroleum Boilers. Trapping Dupes in sealed chambers to run on manual hamster wheels 16 hours a day while feeding them mush bars and grilled worms. Realizing I have violated every single article of the Geneva Conventions. 200 hours: Experiencing clinical depression while attempting to complete the unholy trinity of Carnivore + Locavore + Super Sustainable before Cycle 100 without smashing my keyboard into pieces. 300 hours: Taming magma volcanoes, automating interplanetary rocket logistics, and genetically mutating crops with ionizing radiation. 400+ hours: I am now fully qualified for a Master’s Degree in Chemical & Aerospace Engineering, yet no university will give me a diploma. Summary: Art Style: 10/10 (Deceptively adorable trap) Gameplay Depth: 10/10 Psychological Damage: Permanent paranoia regarding ambient room temperature, gas pressure, and pipe insulation. 10/10. Best game ever. Do not touch this if you value your sanity, sleep schedule, or last shred of humanity.

10/10 killed my colony with 20 minutes
非常好玩,神作,不过得好好研究一下,还得有点知识,电解水出氧气氢气啥的,总之不错
This is not the game i was looking for. i like survival games but this! this is completely different with lot of small texts which are hard to read for me and not any guide on how to do it. at least there should be some type of small guide or tutorial play. how i don't know if there was a guide/tutorial like that or not but i didn't see it which means even if it is there then a casual games, like me couldn't see it. sure game could be best as per other reviews, but it's just not for me.
Started a colony. I forgot what my characters' traits even were but research was slow. They were peeing everywhere, and there was that looming black smoke somewhere on the right. My water supply was slowly but very surely turning green. Eventually learned about priorities, scheduling, plumbing and ventilation. My colony was still miraculously surviving, but I felt overwhelmed trying to save them. I created a new colony. Started looking up guides. Read through wiki. Was honestly getting the hang of it and I thought I could finally pat myself on the back. Then I accidentally dug up a volcano. There were also materials by said volcano, and the duplicates were trying to get to those materials for storage (I didn't even tell them to). For some weird reason, didn't even check up on temperature. Until it was too late. My hospitals suddenly started to get full, and nearby equipment was melting. Eventually realized I still can't have that pat. But I decided to stick with this colony. The cycle before I dug the volcano was still in the save option so I reloaded that save file. Had to say goodbye to Bubbles though- I had hastily picked her after volcano was dug up. I thought her 'medicine' trait could help. Anyway. I decided to not dig the volcano just yet. Had to cancel all the dig tasks near it. But now I have another problem. My power was shutting down. Coal was running out fast. I picked another Bubbles, but she's good at husbandry this time. Hopefully the Hatches can save me. Otherwise..... I think I might really have to dig that volcano. Overall- the game can be a bit "stressful". But somehow, seeing them duplicates' eyes lighting up and clapping whenever a research is done, or just being happy receiving a new hat (blissfully unaware some part or another in the colony is failing real hard and real fast), I feel compelled to not give up.

Most fun, exciting yet relaxing game I've ever played
I really like the complexity and the graphics are just awesome with so much humor. But it is reall really hard....and I like that.
Thank you Klei Entertainment. I'm 40, I remember a lot of games, and this is the best of them all.
