A good sequel
SIGH. Another situation where I wish there was a middle ground option on Steam. This is a yes, but kind of review. I feel as if this game lacked the actual creep factor that made Oxenfree one of my favorite games. The time loops segments and the glitches (especially in NG+), coupled with an amazing soundtrack made the first game phenomenal. This sequel lacks that power punch. The tears in space were cool, but give me more time loops where everything gets worse and worse. Give me existential crisis of sanities. Give me more than whatever this was. We barely even needed the radio! I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy myself. But having adored the first one, finally playing the second and not being equally wowed is disappointing.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 27: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Just as good as oxenfree 1. the map was too big and a bit annoying to traverse, but the story was good. It had some moments that hit pretty hard too. A beautiful, and sometimes spooky, game! Its definitely replayable but the map is so annoying that I dont think ill playthrough for other endings
I loved the first Oxenfree and have beaten it multiple times. While this sequel is different in a lot of ways and may debatably not live up to the original in a lot of ways... I think I like Oxenfree II a little bit more. Funny enough, I think that it's because I can relate to the main protagonist, Riley, a lot more than I did the original's Alex.
I think a part of that is because I'm a parent now and about Riley's age, but a lot of this story's themes and her struggles just hit a lot more. But the moments with her future son just got me in a way that the original never did.
Either way though, it is a fantastic story that plays off of the first and has a lot of wonderful moments throughout. Definitely recommend it. I'll probably play it again in the future, without a doubt.
Really good plot that had me invested from beginning to end!
being a sequel, this game was extremely good. I love Oxenfree so I was really excited to play the second one. I regret waiting four months to finally play the ending though.... but everything from the voice acting, character design, backgrounds, and art in general, it was all just a wonderful masterpiece.
My favourite Indie series by far
Good Game Felt a little bit less dense than the original, and choices felt a little bit less impactful, but overall a good game. The characters were good overall and I enjoyed the map, even if some areas, such as the motorway felt a little too big to walk through
Slow but steady. This game is about enjoying the slow unfolding of overlapping narratives and character histories while looking at the gorgeous art, reveling in the creepy ambiance and occasional jump-scare. If you had the appetite for the pacing of "Twin Peaks: The Return" then you can handle this one. I came back to this one after a year, when a bug with my original iPad version wouldn't let me continue. Still enjoying every moment of it so far.
Le sentaba mejor el terror adolescente de la parte 1 este es tecnicamente mucho mejor pero tb pierde la sorpresa de las anomalias y tal , ademas tuve un bug en una parte que me impedia continuar
