Very fun game if tornado chasing is your thing, but my biggest gripe has to do with progression. Currently between waiting to load in to a multiplayer lobby and each match being roughly 20 to 30 minutes once in, it is quite annoying to put in so much time then have something where you make a bad call that you could have pulled out from but can't because the car that was at a dead stop when you got out decided to roll away cause you to make a complete flat zero. It would be significantly better if rather than get absolutely nothing upon failing, you instead got a heavily reduced reward to at least account for the amount of time it takes for everything.
Game is so good, it inspired me to go back to college and get a degree in meteorology. Hopefully it gets better optimization though bc even my beefy computer struggles to run ts

Good game but didn't pay me for a chase- didn't earn the $3,500 it said i was earning
Its a fun game to drink and drive and chase storms.
OUTBRK — просто огонь! Очень прикольная игра: гоняешься за штормами, адреналин зашкаливает. Механика простая, но затягивает надолго. В целом подойдёт и новичкам, и тем, кто ищет что-то необычное. Игра бомба!
This game is good but add more tornadoes and car for interception
스톰 체이싱애 관심이 많아서 찾아보다 한건데 잘은 모르겠음 그래도 갓겜냄새가 나는 게임인듯
Es macht echt Spaß!
I know what you are thinking. What a weird game. What is it like? What do you do? It is a pretty simple goal. You make money chasing tornados, taking photos, and dropping probes while navigating a 625 square mile map. Use that money to upgrade and buy cars and equipment to make things easier for you to chase with your friends, strangers or by yourself. They have 50 real world tornado events shown through actual data and it is random which event you get, each time you start a game. So every time you play. You are traveling to different places and trying to predict weather patterns, moving in different directions. Ultimately to get close to a crazy force of nature. At first, I had no idea what I was doing. Driving around, maybe seeing a tornado, snapping some photos. Then I started to get close to them. Looking at the map and weather reports to see the direction it moves. It started to become a predictive puzzle to get ahead of it and position myself directly in its path to drop probes. Game after game it started to get easier, giving myself space, constantly confirming wind direction and speed. Then.. There was this one match I played where it clicked. This storm formed on the edge and dropped a tornado. I got close and recovered a probe. It started to snowball into a thick funnel. I drove around to get ahead of it and succeeded with another probe. It kept going, just getting larger. I ended up frog hopping it across the whole map. This is the crux of the gameplay. Tornados aren't zoo animals, they are lethal. They do not just hang around for you to look at like a wallpaper, they can outpace you. You aren't trying to be a hero, you are trying to be smart, efficient, and get out with the cash alive. Completely unique idea for a video game. I would like to address some cons that players may be concerned with because I think it is important for buyers. It is early access and development is a bit slow and not very impactful. It is growing. The graphics may discourage some because they aren't photorealistic, but I think it does the job. The tornados look incredible. The price.. I get it, this game loop may not hook everyone and $35 may be a little to much if you decide to stop playing. Catch a sale. I do think gamers should play it though. It takes some time to learn but what you do is simple. Drive, photograph, report storms, drop probes, and predict your movement. It is hard to convey how you will feel about it because there just isn't another game like this. I tend to enjoy my time with games that are inventing something new. If you are at all curious like I was, you might be surprised when you spend some time with it.
