Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very slow and boring gameplay. First mission is tutorial which takes roughly 20 minutes or so. Controls a bit clunky. Inventory can contain 4 items only so you end up dropping everything just to keep that gun, ammo and melee weapon. Did I mention keys to unlock door take space in inventory too? Yeah. You can add AI which will accompany you during gameplay. Whole experience feels shallow and fuzzy and I was expecting a lot more in terms of gameplay. Comparing this one to other top down view shooters this one is pretty bad. Just play something different it's gonna be a whole lot better than this one. Other games with a lot better gameplay similar to this one: Shadowgrounds, Alien Swarm, Alien Shooter, Ascent, Zombienation, Alienation.
nope! first off parts of the story are locked by difficulty and second the inventory is puny. my starting character had 4 spaces and a "large" inventory is 6. this is not enough as each weapon, healing item, ammo box, and even keys take 1 space. on the subject of keys they are not automatically used. first you need to go to the door, then open your inventory, then finally you have to use the key and open the door. you also seem to have a partner but they will not hold items for you but do have a weapon and will protect you. on a positive note i will say you can see items laying around and points of interest are marked with a white dot but i'm just not feeling this one. steam inventory items seems to drop in game forum says every 30min if your not in the tutorial. these can be traded but not sold on the market. they are also 1 use items and are not as helpful as one would think. if you get something good it will help when you start and let you pass up weaker items but with limited space if you take a weapon and the rng gods don't give ammo for it once your out of ammo you may have to ditch it anyway. i'ed rather they not be consumed on use or all the unlocks had just been something for and in game. i knew this game had issues but i got a bunch of the other games in the series and wanted to see the story from the start. i'm just going to skip this one. hopefully the others are better since they are 3d.
Top-Down Resident Evil Outbreak erinnert stark an Resident Evil.
This game features three modes to play. Campaign, Onslaught and Nightmare. Onslaught is a wave based horde mode while Nightmare is stand alone single-player side-stories. If you plan on playing the game solo I would highly suggest starting with Nightmare rather than Campaign because it is better balanced for solo play with a larger inventory (it is tiny in campaign mode, and you sometimes have to carry multiple keys which just like in Resident Evil, each take one inventory slot,) but it also serves as a good start because it has much less high-powered loot which makes it feel more like survival horror games of old.

I had one of the games from this series on my wishlist, I was intrigued instantly by the look and play style of the game. (Coop) I never got the chance to play any of the resident evil outbreak games, this bad boy sure reminds me of it. I remember seeing a review about someone saying this game was awful because it wouldn't start, I realized the developer reached out to help this individual. The consumer proceeded to act like a child and refused help. Seeing that the Dev wants to help everyone enjoy their passion project that made me want to support this game even more. I decided to treat myself and buy the entire series to give myself the entire complete experience. thank you! the game plays like a good ol' fashioned flash game from the early 2000's I dig it and works no problem. My only BIG concern is when I run the game and i'm in menus it makes my computer run like a jet engine, which worries me..
Pathetic! That's how I can describe this game. You can already see from the first few minutes in, the developer who made this is a fanboy of old PS1 Resident Evil games. But there's a difference between adding a few references here and there, to blatantly wanting to remake the same classic with the skills of a potato designer. This game, is the latter. Not only his attempt to shamefully copy every game mechanic, thematic, setting and style of REs, he also blatantly steal even the sound effects! But as if that wasn't enough, the game itself is about as interesting as having needles pierced into your eyes. This game was made using Windows XP's Paint. 1/10. Pathetic.
