Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Sep 15 → 1.5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You have been sent to one of the northernmost regions operated by Company Mining Corp, where a vast wilderness filled with resources, opportunities, and challenges awaits.
Starting with limited equipment and experience, it is up to you to prospect for ore, establish mining operations, transport materials, and build a profitable company from the ground up. Every load of ore sold brings you one step closer to expanding your fleet, unlocking new equipment, and taking on larger projects.
Dig, blast, build roads, process materials, manufacture products, and develop your own industrial empire across multiple large maps.
Establish production facilities, create logistics networks, and shape the landscape around you as your operation continues to grow.
Throughout your journey, you'll gain access to a wide range of vehicles and machinery, each of which can be customized with lights, GPS systems, paint jobs, tires, tracks, and other upgrades.
From a lone laborer operating basic equipment to the owner of a massive industrial company, every decision and every project contributes to your progression. Work your way from Level 1 all the way to Level 70 and earn the prestigious title of King of Klondike.
Whether you choose to focus on mining, construction, logistics, production, exploration, or ambitious community projects, the path is yours to create.
Out of Ore supports multiplayer, controllers, joysticks, steering wheels, and head tracking through OpenTrack.
The game is a "Work in progress" and still being developed by a small 6 person crew

Reviews
The game has a great concept at its core, but it currently suffers from a lack of content—specifically in terms of mining operations rather than vehicle variety. The range of mining-related options should be expanded. A worker management system should be introduced, allowing players to assign tasks such as driving along predefined routes, loading, unloading, and transporting materials, all handled by AI-controlled workers.

You operate diggers, loaders, trucks, and crushers in a structured environment that feels grounded and physical — but it doesn’t push into hardcore simulation territory. This is not a management sim, and it’s not a deep systems-driven mining simulator either. Where it succeeds is machine presence, scale, and the satisfaction of moving serious weight around the environment.
POSITIVES
✅ Machines feel heavy and deliberate, not floaty ✅ Excellent machine modelling with clear visual feedback ✅ Large environments that sell scale and purpose ✅ Clear objectives without overwhelming the player ✅ Strong sense of industrial immersion when operating equipment
NEGATIVES
❌ Simulation depth is shallower than it first appears ❌ Physics interactions can feel simplified under stress ❌ Limited systems complexity compared to hardcore sims ❌ Repetition sets in once core mechanics are understood ❌ Lacks the nuance real-world operators will notice
DEVELOPER FEEDBACK (ACTIONABLE)
📈 Physics depth – Add more granular terrain deformation and resistance 📈 Advanced control options – Support for specialist hardware would elevate immersion 📈 Systems expansion – Introduce wear, efficiency loss, or operational penalties 📈 Progression depth – Long-term goals beyond task completion would help retention 📈 Environmental challenge – Weather, terrain instability, or failure scenarios
SIM UK VERDICT
Out of Ore gets the feel of heavy machinery right — and that alone puts it above many games in this space. But it stops just short of becoming a true simulation. If you enjoy operating big machines, feeling their weight, and working through industrial tasks, this is an easy recommendation. If you’re looking for deep realism, operator-level nuance, or systems-heavy simulation, this may leave you wanting more. Solid foundation. Good execution. Room to grow.

dismal absolutely horrible for one reason and one reason only the controls... i went and changed the controls to my liking thinking everything is good and nope. reverse on my grader switches... i am in simple auto and using a controller it should be my left trigger but no it move to my rb button... no way to fix it without setting everything back to default and RE-DOING ALL my settings to ALL of the equipment I've done this twice already... it will play fine for a bit then my reverse goes back to rb.... so not only just reverse ill articulate and my wheels will tilt.... ive looked for just a "reverse" to see if i can fix it with a manually enter button but nope.... i hate the controls default on a controller i shouldnt have to deal with them or have to redo all my controls every few hours edited all my other equipment works as it should just the grader is my issue... a quick google search will say other equipment people lose reverse... this isnt isolated
Game is Clunky, Unfinished, washed out, Blocky. Graphics are awful.
Bought the game 2022. Its now 2025. Excavators can barley drive on any surface, that you dident flatten with a roller. All machines feel like you drive a toycar. At this point it dosn´t seem for me they will ever overwork any physics of existing machines. Ah and the next machines will be DLC. FIX the existing stuff before adding new stuff! At this point I cant recoment to buy this game.
You can just relax and just run heavy equipment.... How can it be any better?
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! First i have to say that i like the idea of the game, but not how the developers act. The devs delivered a really halfbaked physics-model on the machines in this game. Tracked vehicles are sliding around as if they have no weight, the bulldozer is borderline unuseable in it's current state. Funny thing is the bulldozer in this game can push a hole straight trough a mountain which the tunnel-boring machine cannot achieve (should be the tunnel boring machine that drills a hole though a mountain and not vice-versa IMHO). They pushed out a decorative DLC to get funds for ongoing development while communicating that they are working on the physics (which is really fine on it's own). BUT WHAT HAPPENED NOW IS THAT THEY ADD ANOTHER DLC WITH EVEN BIGGER MACHINES BASED ON A BROKEN PHYSICS-ENGINE WHILE NO FIXES FOR ALL THE BROKEN STUFF IN THE BASEGAME ARE NOWHERE IN SIGHT! I REPEAT: DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!
Was trying to get into the game and I understand it is a # year old game at this point so they may not care about it as much anymore, but it seems like the smallest things I try to do the game just ends up crashing. Tried just getting out of my truck on a completely fresh profile and the game crashes. I may have played the game for maybe 10 hours but with the amount of times it just quits unless there is a random update to fix the game I think it's just not worth it.
Once you hit max level get all the vehicles dig a huge pit and tunnel system and build a full factory that can do it all and you make all the concrete, wood and different types of ores into bars n rods etc etc it literally just becomes a repeat simulator and gets very boring. Game has nothing left to do after 100-200hours. no contracts or npc interactions or anything. All you do is dig ore out of the ground move it to a dump truck drive said dump truck to a hopper and sell for profits which render useless once you have everything... just gets super boring after a while.
10 OUT OF 10 RECOMMEND THIS. its a admazing game the start may seem harsh but it only gets better once you learn the equipment and the conveyor setups. sounds hard right? nope theres guides and a discord that offers more guides and clearly you could try to score a helper to join and show you
