Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Aug 15 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Poche mappe.

Initially the game feels absolutely horrible without any upgraded traps or skill tree combined with the wall limit and RNG if you'll ever get any more. It does get better with time but still doesn't feel like a complete Orcs Must Die game and more so a DLC that could have been slapped onto the 3rd game and not having its own campaign with more or less random map choices doesn't help this. I like that they've added characters with unique abilities like they had in unchained but most of the cast are just generic humans that don't have anything about their design that makes them feel unique, especially when compared to the massive variety of playable races and personalities that we had in unchained. Also the HUD is insanely ugly and looks like its made for a mobile game, again comparing it to unchained its a night and day difference. The threads (the roguelike system) is alright but some are horribly under-tuned and there isn't a great spread across all the traps, some have a lot of amazing options and some have very little or they're flat out useless IMO. In general the game is fine for a discount but doesn't deliver in the Orcs Must Die part that makes it fit within the franchise
This is my first Orc Must Die game and I've sincerely enjoyed my time with it! I've tried playing it alone and with my partner, and it's been such a blast trying out all the traps and different routes we can make! It is definitely rough around the edges, and some features are a bit odd or seem mismatched, but there's nothing outright bad. It's clear that this game had love put into it, and I hope others can have fun with it too<3
Lazy roguelike game design with limited maps and boring characters. All the randomness moves in the game don't save it. 15-20 hours of fun at most. Only buy at 50% off or more and treat it like a minor DLC to the OMD franchise.
For the time being, I won't recommend this game, although I’m planning to give it a few more hours but I have the feeling that I will not like it in long term... Pros: · OMD is always fun to play with friends. ·Smooth, engaging, and challenging gameplay. · Nice cartoon-style visuals and pretty well-designed environments. Cons: · I get the feeling that you need to grind traps in order to progress, which can be tedious if you don’t enjoy that kind of gameplay. · Instead of managing your traps through a comfortable, well-designed menu, you have to move around a 3D environment. Personally, I find this very tedious and a waste of time. · I still need to explore the game a bit more, but it feels like if you choose the wrong trap upgrades at the beginning, you can’t undo them later. · So far I didn't enjoy the design of the maps and specially the visual character design (the look so ugly).
I love OMD Deathtrap, and have spent nealry 500 hours playing. The co-op/multiplayer experience is a lot of fun and the maps are excellent. The game was very challenging when I first started playing, almost frustratingly so (on the day it came out). As you level up the characters and play longer runs, the game does get a little easier and you learn how to set the maps up. The learning curve felt steep but also made it more immersive. I find that I'm still discovering new, even better ways to set up the maps up after hundreds of hours of playtime. When you have a long enough run, the barricading possibilities become nearly endless. I also like the variety in the characters and how their different abilities complement eachother in a co-op playthrough. The OMD series is awesome, I especially love the animation, physics traps, and characters back stories. It's a fun universe and hope there will be more games in the future! The development team was unbelievably attentive in providing support, and in delivering updates when this game came out and for a very long time afterward - Thank you Robot Entertainment!
I dont understand where is main objective; Im like a tank destroying every prop i run in to; I dont understand what im actually playing; Too many icons to click on map, too much useless garbage; Fast moving creatures avoid basically every trap; Is there point completing level to 100%?; How many waves are there?; Feels like early access game; Hard to understand maps, too complicated, too many doors; I dont like collecting stuff that drop; Last enemy that cant find me should be auto destroyed; You made many Orcs must die games but with every new release it sucks that much even more, not buying your games anymore, you broke the trust; Waves are too long; At start i must wait 1 min till enemies come close; Slowdown effect on wave completion is useless; Characters are kinda no personality looking, just random dudes; What is this balloon enemy lol, are you running out of ideas?; The ghost enemies spawn in bunch when it should be one by one so i understand where enemies will come; F should be to start the wave instead of G, its kinda obvious; Why is my rift an ice block in some levels?; Tutorial was just a boring video; You need better indication if i have more than 1 rifts; Became bored in first 5 minutes; Good: Walls are free with limit;
gamemode with 4 players is great, but the old levels from omd3 are way better. gamemodes in this game are not fun at all
