Onward

Onward, an amazing shooter 2 years ago.. its dead now, [b] mostly speaking. [/b] [h1] why you Should NOT play this game [/h1] [b] there are Many reasons you shouldn't, the main ones are. [/b] Toxic Children Screaming in your ear. Cheaters... [i] its bad. [/i] ass updates. dead game/cant find too many lobbies to play. [h2] Toxic Children [/h2] I've played a little when writing this, and oh my GOODNESS. these people no older than 15 are Screaming in my Ears, Spawn camp [i] (if your playing free roam) [/i], and much more you can think of. [h2] Cheaters.. holy goodness [/h2] mostly every Lobby I join I find atleast 1 person that are using cheats in a Dead game. its pretty sad to be cheating in a VR game in the first place but holy props to the people that make them. they're really abusive. from a list of what they cant do is. ESP, Kicking, Crashing, Kicking THEN making it unable to join anything else, ect.. [h2] ass Updates [/h2] so, first time playing in a WHILE. nothing much new at ALL. what I can see that is new, is better AI [i] (apparently) [/i], 2 new guns, new missions and character selection. thats it, nothing more, nothhing less.. [h2] Dead Game [/h2] this game to my knowledge had a pop off of users playing onward, and now? its dead, couldn't find too many lobbies and the only ones I could find and Locked. really annoying, only thing I recommend doing instead of finding a lobby is to NOT play or single-player. [i] thats all I have to say, stay safe and dont waste your money, also DO NOT listen to the people that find this game fun, they're lying to themselves. [/i]

this game is so behind on development in terms of vr shooters its crazy. this was the go to back in the day but now id just say get pavlov. pavlov has so much more in terms of modes, features and just general polish that this game just looks like a mess in comparison.

Accidentally knocked myself out irl trying to reach for my pistol after being jumpscared by a guy 10/10

The game has seriously gone downhill, ever since the port to Oculus users, and its still playable and still fun to me with all the new guns, a few features i miss were removed that added to realism unfortunately, not really sure why. I love realistic military simulators, and this game was one of my top favorites, and it may sound stupid but the textures are washed out now, bullet casings disappear, when they would bounce off the ground and off objects, i thought that was really cool. If you want to experience a shooter that has military in mind, this game could help but it's just a bleached version of what it used to be :(

Voluntarily downgrading a videogame quality to be able to sell it more KNOWING that the current base player would not be happy is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of doing business. Should be able to get a refund.

Bring back old Onward, not this mobile sh1tty version, stopped playing after that stup1d update.

I didn't play before 1.8 and never knew what they did to the game. The downgrade for the crossplay because of the quest standalone is actually crazy. It's so sad to see the possibilitys of the game pre 1.8 and all the content which was added after the downgrade. I can't believe how the devs thought this was a good idea!
