Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 27 → 3.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
One Turn Kill is a PvE card game focused on drawing and deck control. The system is centered around the thrill of drawing cards and the challenging condition of defeating the enemy within a single turn. Even just one slip-up may be fatal, leading to a suspenseful and unique play experience. Join the protagonist in a pixel art wasteland to face off with the strongest of enemies and see what story awaits.
Unique system where draws cost:
Drawing cards from the deck costs card uses. Enjoy highly reproducible combos with abundant draws while also strategizing to avoid running out of cards.
Synergistic deck building:
Cards and skills differ in their compatibility. By skillfully combining them, you can achieve more powerful effects than when using them alone. Players can unleash a wide range of strategies using a deck limited to 20 cards. How you build your deck will determine whether or not you are victorious.
Speedy and suspenseful one-turn battles:
If you cannot defeat the enemy on the first turn, the enemy's counterattack will soon determine who wins. This condition allows you to enjoy tough battles requiring quick and precise action.
Using cards allows characters to move in sync with one another with rich animation. Enjoy catchy background music that matches the game's quick pace and lingers in your ears, creating an even more immersive gaming experience.

A very fun card buildery rouguelike with cool sprites and a neat OST. Took about 4 hours to beat and 4 hours again to figure out a deck that can beat Mr Seal-yo-deck on the hardest difficulty. The kind of metaprogression used is hard to get right without feeling grindy, but this game was mad fun to play the whole time and never felt like I was being punished for playing well earlier on like some similar roguelikes I know. The difficulty scales fast, but your options and power scale to meet it and there's lot of interesting choices to make the whole time. It invites less replayability than a Slay the Spire, but it's not trying to be that. Good game.

What if there was a card game in which your deck size is also your health bar and your mana bar
This game is cool but not for me. It's definitely for a lot of people and, for the price, I recommend trying it for yourself. Here are the reasons I refunded instead of spending more time with it: - The game unlocks things when you win combats but the pacing of the unlocks is off. I have upgrade chips for a feature I haven't unlocked. I have a card that boosts itself under conditions that I cannot possibly currently meet with my tools (although I'm sure it will be possible later). - The game only goes up to 1920x1080. If your display is a higher resolution, it may be difficult to read the text. - The dialogue seems either poorly translated or a little trite. - Timed fights in this type of game don't do it for me. - While extremely unique, the system of your "mana" being the cards you have left to draw from your deck just doesn't feel very good to me. Also, not a problem with the game but I feel like it missed the opportunity after you've won to replay the animation of your attacks in sequence to show you a small cutscene version of your one-turn kill.
Kind of misrepresents itself; it's not a deckbuilder roguelike but more like a very short card-based JRPG that specifically caters to your fantasies of playing storm in MtG again (or Yugioh). The roguelike elements are very light (really just picking a skill after every fight). If it sounds easy to you, don't worry - the enemies can get surprisingly tough (the best strategy I found involved looping Aggra-Ray) and there is a lot of space to just make whatever silly combo deck you're imagining without it feeling frictionless. Also the music is fantastic and the story was surprisingly good. There's a plot twist that is very obvious from the beginning and another that I really wasn't expecting that reminded me of a certain JRPG that people are talking a lot about at the time of this review in 2026 (you'll know what I mean if you play the game). My one big gripe with One Turn Kill is that there is a fight that involves a real time mechanic, and I think that just isn't a good fit for this type of game. You can skip it after the first time, but still, I don't think it belonged in this game. I wouldn't blame someone for letting this put them off it entirely since the time pressure is actually pretty aggressive. You can definitely beat this game in an afternoon, and it's cheap too - highly recommend if you can get over that last one thing I mentioned. (also worth mentioning - not really great on the Steam Deck; I ended up switching over to my desktop so I could use my mouse)
Very fun card builder.
You might not expect much from the first glance at the pixelated graphics, but the game itself is fast-paced and deeply strategic. You fight the same set of characters, but as you raise the difficulty levels for each fight, the dialogue changes and you unlock new cards that can change your strategy wildly. I just went with the buff and dump strategy, where I drew all my cards, buffed them, and dog piled the enemy at the end. There are some annoying moments, such as when each of the boss gimmicks brick your run if you or the rng messes up the deck order, but the runs are super fast, so it never bothered me too much. And the story was good enough. Not much else to say on the story.
