Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Sep 4 → 3.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Still not a good game, but definitely the best one piece game. So if you are a big OP fan, play this one, and do not play the other games. It's fun but the DLC content is way too expensive.
I have such mixed feelings towards this one, but I'd say they're overall fairly positive. Let's get the negatives out of the way first. - This game only covers six sagas: Alabasta, Water 7/Enies Lobby, The Paramount War, Dressrosa, Whole Cake Island, and Act 1 of Wano with a game-original ending. This means no East Blue, Skypiea, Thriller Bark, Fishman Island, or Punk Hazard unlike the previous game, and no Zou. - Although there are plenty of new characters, MANY fan favorites are entirely missing, or worse they're sold back to us as DLC. Perona, Gecko Moria, Bartholomew Kuma, Magellan, and Caesar Clown are entirely missing from the roster, with Garp and Eneru being added through DLC. - With the new game comes character "types," consisting of Power, Speed, Sky, and Technique. Each of these types has problems that make gameplay feel a little.....off, but power feels like the worst offender. Power types play the most like a PW3 character, and that's NOT a good thing. They have 5 light attacks that each finish into a heavy combo, which is serviceable, but the problem comes when going into the air: they have a single forward attack and a single downward attack, at which point their combo ends. In a game that prides itself on having made aerial combos, surely a THIRD of their roster shouldn't suck at doing that, right? - There's simultaneously a LOT and NOTHING to do once you complete the story and the Dream Log. All Achievements can be gotten in one or two sittings, and the only thing left to do is grind Beri and Souls to fill out character maps and soul maps respectively. But what for? There's no more challenges! Surely the Egghead DLC could have added scenarios or even the whole story arc to play! Maybe add in the REAL Wano story! Hell, give me a playable Film Z story for Zephyr!!! There's nothing to do!!!! - Unlike OPPW3, the allies you recruit in missions don't have any oomph. I never feel like one is a better choice over the others, partially because they don't do much themselves, and partially because there's no Kizuna Rush system that incentivizes me to pick characters I want to combo with. Very underwhelming. - When new moves and forms debut in the show, they should DEFINITELY be added to existing characters. Why CAN'T I use Demonio Fleur, Ifrit Jambe, K-Room, and Damned Punk? Now...that may seem like a LOT of negatives, but there's PLENTY good to say about the game too. - The visuals are CRISP. Of the six arcs and their various locations, all of them except part of Wano FEEL like they're straight from the show. Really nice environment work. - Sound design is CLEAN. Moves sound like they have actual impact, and it's incredibly satisfying to land hits because of it. - The new characters (besides most of Germa) all feel good and distinct, and fill a lot of representation. Every Supernova is available (besides Apoo, but...it's Apoo), the Emperors are all present, Big Mom's Sweet Commanders are there, and every Straw Hat is playable. It would have been nice to round out the pre-timeskip Warlords with Kuma and Moria, and the Admirals with Aramaki, and I guess add Apoo. Leo and Hajrudin would have been great for Dressrosa too. - Combos are very nice. The juggling feels good and you can chain things near-infinitely if you play well enough. - The DASH button is a GREAT innovation on the step. Getting across large maps has never been so fun. Once you feel the glory of gliding across half of Dressrosa with NEWGATE it'll click for you. - Skills feel like they actually buff your character meaningfully, and you can get up to 9 slots for them. My Whitebeard is a menace with everything I've got on him, and that feels good. - Despite its drawbacks, the game DOES feel like a substantial improvement over OPPW3. I had hopes that they might make continuous updates on this one as we progressed to the end of the series, but while they ARE adding DLCs every so often, it seems there isn't going to be more story content. Maybe they'll do it with OPPW5 when it comes out.
As a huge fan of one piece I enjoy just sitting down and playing this game in my downtime. It also runs well on my steam deck. Even thought i got all the achievements I'll probably keep playing this game for whenever I got time.
This is such a fun turn your brain off game! I hope it updates again soon or we get another because it's been nice to play. (love my wife crocodile <3)
I've fought Kaido. I've fought Big Mom. I've fought thousands of enemies. But the strongest boss in One Piece Pirate Warriors is apparently... BLACK SCREEN. Played perfectly at 144 FPS max settings two days ago. Now? "Nah." Game launches. Nvidia overlay says hello. Game immediately commits Sudoku. Spent two whole nights researching fixes. I've seen forum posts older than some One Piece fans. I've tweaked so many settings that Windows itself is probably concerned for my well-being. I bought a musou game expecting to beat up thousands of enemies. Instead, I got defeated by a .exe file. Blackbeard stole Whitebeard's power. Bandai Namco stole my weekend. Negative review. Not because the game is bad. Because I physically cannot play the damn thing.
La calidad de graficos es impresionante, el modo historia esta muy bien logrado. Tambien las mecanicas, combos y personajes son asombrosos. Eso si, el precio es bastante caro por lo que recomiendo comprarlo si tiene descuento. CONCLUSION| vale completamente la pena
I dont know how to review this game, its good for a one piece game, but comparing with a normal game, its lacking. The tons of enemies dont do anything - they barely attack you even if youre afk, it doesnt feel rewarding or provide any difficulty, the map design is so cheap looking for a game which costs 35 pounds. The gameplay is generally the same with the only difference being what character you play. That being said, as a mindless game to play, it's alright. The game clearly focuses on the attack animations for the characters, and when theyre very similar to the actual attacks they do in the anime/manga, it's very nice to see, with a lot of varied attacks for each character, it doesn't get too boring when theres so many combinations. Comparing this with other one piece games, it would be ranked highly. It generally comes down to personal preference, if characters and fighting is the aim, then this is a good game, but i still cant ignore the environment and practically identical missions. However as i can play as brook i forgive this game since brook is awesome. Would i recommend it? To another one piece fan, sure, otherwise no. Even though i'm not recommending this game, I will still enjoy playing it, and it is still a good game.
