Mars has been colonized, and Earth's corporate titans fight to dominate this new market. Competition is fierce in this fast-paced economic RTS from Civilization IV Lead Designer, Soren Johnson.

Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 7 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

i like this game because it is fun

a waste of potential, an interesting idea of a more active economic management game, tat is let down by the fast micro needed and an AI that is only interested in annoying the player
One of the finest games I've ever played.
It's a very original RTS with a good sound track and pleasant graphics. It's a lot of fun to play, particularly in their campaign mode where you can build up your team of building engineers. That said, the "story" for the campaign is terrible and completely disconnected from the gameplay. I think I had an earlier version of the game on the EGS without the DLC and there was no stupid pop-up text screens barfing up some of the worst "creative" writing I have ever seen in a game. Full of post-modern leftist tropes about big bad companies/management and the glorious workers + diversity, blah blah blah. The only white male character added in the DLC was disabled lol... I think we all know the drill by now: a small team of programmers create an original new game, it becomes more and more popular (and profitable), attracting "Sweet Baby Inc" consultants (with no writing experience) circling the game like vultures, until they force there way in (you wouldn't want an article in PC Gamer about the lack of inclusion in your game, would you?) and fill it full of absurd far left political text that has nothing to do with the game and breaks whatever immersion your imagination was already providing about colonizing Mars. That said, there is still a great game behind all that text and the token diversity characters. So, if you are the sort of person that is sick of this political text slipping into game after game, I'd suggest waiting until it goes on sale... they sell it pretty cheap with all DLC bundled in during the summer sale... And after you do, leave a review like this one and maybe eventually they will get the message that we don't want this garbage in our games.
Not what I expected, the AI teams even on lowest difficulty, always overwhelm my colony, this makes it not fun to play.
Very unique gameplay, there's no game like it ! The full floating market combined with the different faction advantages makes it a very unique play each map. No units to micro, all about resource management and production, and ultimately MONEY ! Great game.
IVE LEARNED MORE ABOUT MARKET DYNAMICS HERE THAN IN A CLASSROOM OR A TEXTBOOK
it a really fun and startigic game its worth the money
Sigh. Trying to connect to multiplayer servers. I haven't been able to play this game for 3 years. Is it just me? Game was alright when it worked... Do regret buying the "full version", since I can't even connect to my friend to 1v1.
