In this plinko-style roguelike, you'll launch your spherical friend, Nubby, down a pegboard to rack up increasingly large numbers. However, it's not all fun and games. You're still a low-ranking employee at this facility, which means that you need to meet your production quota. To make stakes even higher, your work at the number factory is directly responsible for keeping the fabric of space and time intact. One screw up could cause the sun to immediately explode.
Luckily, you can increase your output of numbers by harnessing the magical powers of over 50 unique items. You can use these items to create diverse and creative solutions to surpass your ever-expanding quotas. Este juego es la definición perfecta de soñar con fiebre, roguelike MUY injusto pero yo lo ddisfruto mucho con: Receta tradicional de flamenquín cordobés Ingredientes (para 3-4 personas / 3-4 flamenquines) 3-4 filetes de lomo de cerdo finos y alargados (unos 100-125 g cada uno) 100-150 g de jamón serrano o ibérico en lonchas Sal y pimienta negra al gusto Harina de trigo (para rebozar) 1-2 huevos Pan rallado (cantidad generosa) Aceite de oliva virgen extra (para freír) Opcional (versión moderna): lonchas de queso que funda bien (cheddar, gouda, etc.) Preparación paso a paso Preparar la carne Extiende los filetes sobre una tabla. Si no están lo suficientemente finos, colócalos entre dos papeles film o de cocina y aplánalos con un mazo o el fondo de un cazo hasta que queden muy finos y manejables. Recorta un poco los bordes para que queden más o menos rectangulares. Salpimienta por ambos lados (con cuidado, porque el jamón ya aporta sal). Rellenar y enrollar Coloca una o dos lonchas de jamón encima de cada filete (que no sobresalgan mucho). Si quieres la versión con queso, pon la loncha de queso sobre el jamón. Enrolla bien apretado formando un cilindro compacto (como un “churro”). Puedes sujetarlos con 1-2 palillos si te resulta más fácil (quítalos después de empanar o antes de servir). Empanar Prepara tres platos: Harina Huevo batido Pan rallado Pasa cada flamenquín por harina (sacude el exceso), luego por el huevo y finalmente por el pan rallado, presionando bien para que quede bien adherido. Importante: empanar también los extremos para que no se abran al freír. Si quieres un rebozado más grueso y crujiente, repite el proceso (huevo + pan rallado). Freír Calienta abundante aceite de oliva en una sartén (o freidora) a unos 170-180 °C. Fríe los flamenquines por tandas (sin amontonarlos) hasta que estén dorados y crujientes por todos los lados (unos 3-5 minutos en total, dándoles vueltas). Sácalos y colócalos sobre papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de aceite. Servir Sirve bien calientes. Tradicionalmente se cortan en rodajas al bies (en diagonal) para que se vea el relleno. Acompañamiento clásico: patatas fritas y mayonesa. También va muy bien con ensalada fresca o tomate. Consejos El tamaño tradicional suele ser de 20-30 cm de largo. No frías a temperatura demasiado alta para que el interior se haga bien sin quemar el rebozado. Puedes prepararlos con antelación, dejarlos empanados en la nevera y freírlos en el momento. Si te sobran trocitos de carne, empanálos y fríelos como “lágrimas” o fingers.
