NORCO is a dialogue-focused point & click adventure that immerses the player in the sinking suburbs and industrial swamplands of an increasingly surreal and distorted South Louisiana.

This game is a real treat thanks to its superb writing and visual design. It's like Kentucky Route Zero but with sci-fi and spiritualism added to surrealism, and with a distinct writing style of its own. Similar to KRZ where the writers really got the rural Appalachia setting, the writers here clearly get the Louisiana setting, and that gives them the grounding to make a really unique futuristic interpretation of the area. As someone who lives on the Gulf Coast, a lot of the imagery and writing resonates. Very easy recommendation for anyone up for a special, quality point and click adventure that has a lot of passion behind it. Also, I definitely recommend both the soundtrack and art book; there's a wealth of background info in the art book in particular that gives a lot of insight into the real world grounding behind the game's themes.
Finally got around to blasting through this game after having it sit in my library for awhile. Light spoilers ahead.
I really liked how the game went about the dual perspectives of both Kay and Catherine. Seeing from both povs, as Catherine continued to get further in the weeds, and Kay just trying to piece together just what the hell was going on, was really well done. I also liked how creepy & crackheaded Pawpaw was, great character.
Overall, if you vibe with Disco Elysium-ish, mixed with old point-and-click adventure games, and dig cyberpunk-ish settings along with memorable characters, this is the game for you. Cop it when it's on sale for sure. It's not very long though! But that's A-ok in my book.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Awesome, beautiful, unique and super weird game. I really enjoyed it as someone who likes narrative driven games
A pretty tight little adventure game, with a suitable amount of weirdness and future dread. Apparently I only played for five hours, it definitely felt longer. I enjoyed it more than Thimbleweed Park, anyway.
The vibe, world-building, and storytelling are fantastic.
