Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This review will contain minor spoilers from the beginning of the game I truly tried to enjoy this game. Especially since I enjoyed the 2nd one so much. After about 15 hours. I slogged through roughly 50% of the main story. I may come back to this game, but at the time of this review. I give up on it. Pros: Cons: - Lots of content - Absurdly grind heavy - The mini movies are amazing - Slow walking/travel simulator like experience - The animations for the game were nice - The overall story/interactions are so bland/tedious - lots of potential for different play styles - The game hides basic controls till 40% in the game - Egregiously repetitive - Have to earn basic functions like walking faster - Takes way too long to earn the ability to do anything outside of main story quest/tasks
Its a classic, but it has no right to be. Just another JRPG...nt.
Top tier RPG. While the mechanics are kid friendly, this is an amazing RPG. The story is absolutely fantastic. This is also a creature collector game, which is very enjoyable.
Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch™ Remastered delivers a masterful fusion of narrative depth, artistic brilliance, and traditional JRPG mechanics. The remaster enhances the original’s already striking visuals with improved resolution and performance, allowing Studio Ghibli’s signature art style to truly shine. The story of Oliver’s journey strikes a fine balance between innocence and emotional weight, exploring themes of loss, hope, and personal growth. Supported by a beautifully orchestrated score from Joe Hisaishi, the game maintains a sense of wonder rarely seen in the genre. Combat offers a dynamic mix of real-time control and tactical command, rewarding thoughtful play without alienating newcomers. While certain side quests and pacing choices occasionally show their age, these are minor blemishes in an otherwise exceptional experience. Verdict: A timeless classic that exemplifies the artistry and emotional resonance of Japanese role-playing games. Score: 9/10
it good
Story: Very Solid and engaging, but you need to consider it a Fairy tale. Throw real-life rules out the window and just enjoy the ride. Graphics: Studio Ghibli. You probably already know if you will like it or not. I found it charming and a good match for the fairy-tale like story. Combat: Interesting, but not always intuitive. Took me hours into the game to realize that I can cancel out of attacking. Repetitive while grinding. Ally AI is not as bad as it could be, but it's still very lacking. After two fights Ester will run out of mana. I really wish you could turn off character abilities like you can familiars. Music: Sweeping and orchestral. I left the sound On, but on low. Technical considerations: 80% of the time, if you start to feel a gripe about something, the game will accommodate in some way as you progress (like learning fast travel) The game feels polished overall. Difficulty: This where the game has issues. Encounters can be widely unbalanced. After hitting Castaway Cove, you will probably hit a wall unless you have Griffy. Familiars are wildly unbalanced (ie. Griffy and Dinoceros are OP) and you need to plan very carefully which ones to level. A LOT of them are hot garbage. That being said, you can usually get by NOT using your familiars. It makes me understand why the familiar mechanic was removed in the second game.
