Myst III: Exile

The codes for at least two of the linking books do not work!

Amazing game!! Exile is the third in the Myst series. I never look up cheats but in this game at very very end I was totally stumped. I didn’t even know a walk-through existed. Because I am determined to solve them on my own. Old school. Highly recommend.

Puzzles and graphics are good. Cut scenes dated.

Awesome, reminds me of my childhood when I used to play this game.

While Riven was one big island, Exile goes back to the original Myst with smaller worlds. I like this more, it feels more diverse. I've lost a bit of patience with the Myst games and didn't stick around with puzzles too much and just used hints. The game has not been remastered/remade (yet), and the graphics sometimes make it hard to find out what's part of a puzzle, or even a path. A problem that doesn't exist when you can freely move around. Regardless it's an enjoyable puzzle game and the story is intriguing.
