For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Alright. My monstrous roommate. (étude) is done and dusted. This was a trippy one, and far less straightforward than another game I played by the same developer previously (I live under your house.). In fact, I decided to wait a little while after finishing it, before writing this review, so I could chew on it a bit. IMO, it's also a bit of a slow burn. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3416026096 I think whereas in the previous game I mentioned where there is a clear distinction between the monster and the people in said game, in this one, the lines seem a bit more blurred. I know where I weigh in as far as how the game should be interpreted, but irrespective of that, it's best to let you make that decision for yourself. Personally, I don't think I enjoyed this story so much as I found it to be interesting. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3416026122 What I really liked though was the VHS aesthetic. It's really cool, and there was one sequence in particular (the Elevator Dream) that was super creepy in my estimation. You can almost envision the old Super 8 film burning or otherwise being destroyed at various moments and then just barely being restored, lol. In general, this artistic decision was highly effective in creating a mysterious and creepy atmosphere. And the end of the game really brings everything together visually in a striking and evocative manner. The audio was IMO less impressive, and I find myself hard pressed to actually remember anything about it. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3416026033 I think the pacing was nice, with each section only being a few minutes long, and the game itself taking about thirty minutes to complete. The gameplay itself is one part point and click with the other part being first person exploration. Which is probably the same with all of SpoocleMacBoogle's games. It certainly is consistent with the two I've played. Awesome name, btw. I think this can be considered a short experimental Indie experience, and the sort of game that I truly appreciate from the standpoint of being 100% Indie and not necessarily tied to popular development conventions. Meaning you are going to get a unique experience. And in this instance, a well thought out one. It's 99 cents retail and I'm sure it also goes on sale periodically as well. I think it's worth a look. In my mind this game is about depression, or anxiety or anything else that keep you rooted in whatever you find comforting but strips you of all joy. It's about that monster, that nobody can see, how it doesn't matter how much you try to do the right thing, your achievements, your success on a surface level, it's deep rooted and it kills many lives. That's my take on it, as always it was a good short game from this dev.
A short 20-30 minute depiction of what it's like to be depressed. Iv'e seen myself in some scenes, the "monster" shown is your own mind.
A gut-wrenching analogy for depression. Excellent soundtrack that is reminiscent of Akira Yamaoka. I'd love to see a soundtrack release.
A short tone poem about depression. Some pretty clever ideas. It's obvious the dev's first language is not English. This means a few sections really take you out of the experience because of how odd certain statements or phrases sound. I have mentioned this in a review of another game by the same developer (Pyramid Curse), hiring a writer will most likely do your next game wonders! There isn't much that's missing from this. The vision is totally there, just a few little nitpicks to get the future games to become 5-star experiences! Totally support this dev and love what they are doing with the medium. Price is also fair/right for what it is! Very few complaints. Just, enjoy.
Atmospheric, dreamy (nightmarish) little horror experience. Felt the ending was a little abrupt.
Very short experimental horror story. If you haven't figured it out from the title alone, the theme and subtext of the game is pretty obvious a few seconds I to the game. Yes, it's yet another game about trauma, depression and/or anxiety. Some of the metaphors get very abstract, but it's short, get to the point and with very minimal use of AI compared to some of this devs other games.
gritty horror with an excellent story. I was a huge fan of I live under your house and this one came with more exploration and more characters to explore.
