About
Your Liege Lord needs you! As the days grow shorter, your house and that of your neighbors grow restless. Can you afford to share food with your Liege Lord's house, proving your allegiance? Or will your people starve in the coming winter? Will your house guard help defend the kingdom, or will your most trusted men stay at your side?
My Liege is a medieval RPG that plays like a choose your own adventure visual novel. Unlike most medieval stories however, the house you are Lord of is the smallest and least influential of the noble houses. It is up to you to make the best of tough situations if your house is to maintain its place in the noble hierarchy.
Hold court to receive visiting nobles from neighboring houses. Learn the plight of your peasants and hear their pleas for action!
Weigh the possible courses of action and confer with your noble advisors. Listen well and consider each choice carefully. For every order you give, there will be those that praise your leadership while others that vilify your efforts.
Witness how your loyal subjects execute and follow your decrees. Watch as your town grows and live with the consequences of your choices!
Make your family your own! My Liege has a character and house editor, allowing you to change the names and appearances of every member of your family. Want to choose your allies and foes as well? You can also customize all of the members of the other four noble houses of the Western Valley as well!

My Liege is a game you can tell the developer put a lot of love and care into. From the mutterings of the townsfolk and even the naming of the families, it's the small details that are the hidden gems providing a personal touch and a peek into who the developer is. Gameplay itself is straight forward, well paced, and easy to understand. Choices matter. The energy of the characters and story carries forward and clutches in so that the player is compelled to keep playing just to know more or get to the bottom of a problem. The story keeps momentum and leaves the player second guessing their decisions. Lives are at stake here! Countless times, I have found myself distraught over the consequences of my actions. The game rightfully hits the emotions it intends to. Overall, the game is highly enjoyable and quick to finish. It's easy to pick up and set down when more time permits as needed. Because the game takes you from start to finish so smoothly, it makes replay-ability much more likely for a player to explore what other outcomes are possible.
This is a strong showing for the first game from a developer. The management system is engaging, and the interactions and choice system are well considered. The silly nature of the game tends to lure you into dropping your guard for the darker consequences of your decisions. I believe most people will enjoy there time with the game.

A quick, entertaining choose your own adventure game. I'm excited for another playthrough to see how i can change the story!
I very much enjoyed playing My Liege. I especially liked being able to customize the various houses and characters. It was a fun story where I felt like my choices were impactful and decisions became tougher to make as I went. Because I was so invested in the story and eager to see what happened next, I spent less time exploring. I would have liked to see more cinematics and/or other mechanism to encourage players to navigate around and interact with the world. I plan on playing through again acquire more achievements and see how my outcomes change with different decisions.
I always name characters silly names and combinations of everyday objects and swear words. Which added a lot to the dramatic moments in the game. Good stuff.

Very charming game :)
I played the demo and now am playing through the full launch, and I’m impressed by how it blends choose-your-own-adventure storytelling with some management and strategy and mystery. I like the customization of the background and houses and it really feels like every decree you issue meaningfully shifts the balance of power between you, your Liege dude, and rival nobles. The writing is sharp, the branching paths offer real replay value, and the medieval setting feels alive. Just a laid back, chill, not-too-serious-or-complicated-but-engaging game. It kind of feels like one of my TTRPGs fell off the shelf one night and into some fairy dust or sentient goo and now I have to deal with all these meeples who suddenly have a bunch of problems and opinions about things.
I enjoyed the game. Simple town management game with interesting choices and events that pop up. Has replay value in terms of seeing what happens if your options were different. All in all, this is a quick, fun game that I think has a lot of room for very interesting additional content. Play the same game and timeline through the houses of the other lords, a prequel, a sequel? The way the game is developed and flows, there is a lot of potential here.
Joguem. Virem lordes. Façam besteira. Arrependam-se (ou não). 👑
