My Friend Pedro is a violent ballet about friendship, imagination, and one man’s struggle to obliterate anyone in his path at the behest of a sentient banana.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 8.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Has a decent start but doesn't finish strong. The controls are clunky and character feels too floaty for the amount of platforming. These problems cause a lot of frustration in the back half of the game, where the platforming becomes more precise. The enemies also become tankier and it ends up feeling contradictory to the speedy gunfighting you experience in the first half of the game. This is also where the gameplay starts feeling shallow because you end up repeatedly abusing the slow mo and spamming bullets into these beefy enemies. There isn't interesting enemy variety either to break this up, adding more to the repetitive gameplay. The story is also a throwaway. It's not the most important thing to me for this kind of game, it feels disappointing when you have this banana character draw you in initially, but have no significant development throughout and an exposition dump at the end. While the game has moments where it clicks, there's quite a few drawbacks in key areas that make it hard to recommend. It definitely feels more like a prototype and if it had just a bit more refinement it could be a pretty fun game.

If Deadpool was reincarnated as a nameless hitman and talked to his imaginary best friend, who I might add is a Banana named Pedro, to go out on an endless Parkour killing spree, you would see this gem of a game in your library. If you love physics based puzzle shooting games, then go talk to My Friend Pedro. XD 8.3/10 Puzzle Shooting Game
Примитивная графика и игровой процесс делают удивительным тот факт что эта игра получила такие хорошие отзывы, она способна впечатлить только школьников.
It's a good run&gun game but sub-par platformer. The imprecise control is OK when you playing loose running around shooting enemies but around 1/3 of the game, especially in later area, is a platformer only with no combat and also instant death trap that completely halt the flow of the game. I feel cheated a bit honestly considering all the promo materials only show the shooting parts of the game.
The second half of the game feels half-baked, and the enemies are bullet sponges.
While it's far from perfect, you can't argue with the fact that you feel like a total badass even when you're not the best at the combat. I really did enjoy playing this, though I'd have appreciated a greater variety of settings and enemies. The game only lets it self go fully off the rails a couple of times and given some of the theming it really could have gone farther with... well anything that isn't a brown or grey industrial area. Still a good time while it lasts.
