Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.71/day in the week to Aug 30 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I want to adopt Quill
I wanted to wait until I actually finish the game to give a review, as to see if the game only started off strong, but falls flat towards the end. I am happy to say that it sure isn't. Story-wise, you follow Quill, a little (might I add very adorable) mouse that just so happens to stumble upon a piece of Glass. You follow Quill through all the pleasures and trouble said piece of Glass has in store for this little, brave, fluffy girl. But don't be mistaken, you are more than the player in this story. You are a Reader. While Quill hops around, pushes levers and finds her way through this story, you are right with her, and she is aware of this. If she is injured, your magic is what can heal her. If she's scared, she looks up to you to see if you are still with her. If she's happy, you can go for a high five to celebrate. If she is sad, you can hug her. She is counting on you as much as you count on her to see this odyssee to the end. Gameplay-wise, it's kept rather simple (which is not a bad thing to me). We get a whole lot of puzzles. From raising and decending platforms, rotatable stairs and switches all the way to mechanics that have to be unlocked through the course of this game. If you're not puzzling, you're platforming. With all the jumps, dashes, climbing and falling that makes this specific genre enjoyable. As a person who usually isn't drawn to games like that, I can assure you that nothing is too hard or too frustrating. Everything makes sense, everything is solvable. Even if it may take a few attempts to pick up on it. And if you're neither doing puzzles nor platforming, you're in for some fighting! Just like the other 2 components of this game, the combat is kept rather simple and clean. You got a dodge button, an attack button, and that's all you need, along with some timing. Different weapons with different combos to keep it dynamic and customizable. A very important part is the atmosphere for me. And man, this game has a whole bunch of it. Since you're traveling with your sweet pocket-sized companion, you get to see this entire world through her eyes. Gigantic trees, flowers and bushes, weapons larger than villages, wildlife towering over you with silent, intimidating aura. And throughout this story, you get to see a lot of different scenery. From calm and relaxing forests with rays of sunshine fighting its way through the treetops all the way to scary factories with stifling air and unsettling clanking of metal. It takes you through many facets of fantasy, and does a great job invoking emotions with every setting you find yourself in. And last but not least, let's talk about what it means to travel with little Quill. Through all the trials and tribulations, the bond you have with her just grows. Not just in a story-element-kinda way, But you genuinely start to feel attached to her. I remember my first missed jump, followed by the sadness that I let this sweet little baby down. If something was threatening her, I was all riled up to get her to safety and fend off her opponents. It's the sort of attachment people get with characters like Clementine from TTWD, Ellie from TLOU, Elizabeth from BioShock Infinite. Quill is just such a sweet, genuinely pure and wellmeaning lil squeaker that you just cannot help but feel protective over. And I think THAT'S the essence of this game. The gameplay is good, the atmosphere is great, but what makes it so special is who you get to travel with. Share emotions with. Whose success you can celebrate, whose pain you can see. That's this games strongest suit. I can only strongly recommend you to get this game. And if you do, give Quill some extra pats from me.

I want to recommend this because I loved the original game but without the VR element its a very bare bones puzzle platformer. there also is some framerate issues in certain areas and the options menu is very bare bones.
Moss: The Forgotten Relic is an enchanting and immersive adventure that feels like you're really stepping into a beautifully crafted storybook. The handcrafted environments are stunning, and the puzzles are engaging while fitting naturally into the world rather than feeling like simple obstacles. Every detail adds to the charm of the journey, making exploration feel rewarding and magical. Quill is an absolute delight, and I can't wait to continue this adventure with her!
HAHAHA!』
Have yet to finish the game, but it's since Little Big Planet that I haven't had this much fun with a platform/puzzle game. The visuals are amazing, the characters and lore too, but especially the sound design and the narration!!! Not many games do narration like it's a parent telling a story with the funny voices of other characters. Kudos to all the people who worked on this beautiful piece of media!
It's Moss. You're guiding Quill. It's as described: "The definitive Moss saga reimagined for non-VR play that brings together the adventures of Moss, Moss: Book II, and the Twilight Garden DLC into one seamless experience. The perfect place to start Quill's journey." Excellent! Some minor technical notes you want to know before you jump into the adventure - the options menu is limited. (music/narration/effects volume sliders, narration language, controller vibration, subtitles, depth of field -- that's everything), no options for windowed mode, resolution, framerate vsync on/off or any graphics or control settings. - probably plays best with a gamepad (keyboard+mouse could be fiddly at times?) - on Steam Deck OLED, the game tries to achieve 90fps, but can't. I can't adjust this in-game, so I have to use performance profile to set it to e.g. 60 - you have to quit the game through SteamOS, there's no way to quit the game through the game itself. But it's really not all bad! The install is ~11GB, power consumption on the Deck is nice and low (I can easily get 4 hours on a single charge), it plays really well with the default Deck controls, it's less than 20 EUR for all of Moss (approx. 10 hours of game). I am very happy to have this as a non-VR alternative! Despite being technically a bit barebones, I still thoroughly recommend it. The default experience on Steam Deck feels close to perfect, so my complaints are only minor qualms. ...Still, perhaps it helps to know the minor shortcomings, so one is prepared for those and get on to enjoying Moss for the wonderful game it is :)
I loved Moss. I found Quill to be such a touching character, and I enjoyed the way the story is told through books. It gave me a nostalgic feeling, almost like going back to childhood and having someone read you a story. It’s a style of storytelling I hadn’t experienced in a game before, and I thought it worked beautifully. I also loved that Quill is aware of you and communicates through sign language. You’re not just controlling her, you feel like you’re accompanying her on her journey. Being able to comfort her when she needs it or celebrate with her after a victory made me feel genuinely connected to her. I’ve never experienced that kind of relationship with a character in a game before, and I thought it was a wonderful. Moss was a charming and heartfelt experience. It is a game I’ll remember fondly!
