About
Seamless cross-server travel enables real-time combat and exploration, offering the longest visibility range in an MMORPG. Players can access any visible location either on foot or via mounts, providing an uninterrupted and immersive gaming experience.
Forge your destiny in the player-driven fantasy world of Mortal Online 2, populated by other players who bring with them their own unique experiences and content. Whether you wish to be an artisan providing masterfully crafted arms and armor, a member of a powerful faction that occupies a region of the world, a tamer training rare and exotic beasts, a highwayman robbing others, or a noble soul seeking to protect the weak from outlaws and beasts—The story of your journey will be written through your actions, and you choose the direction of each chapter.
From the bustling cities of a once-great empire to gloomy volcanic wastelands, frigid ice-capped mountain peaks to sweltering hot jungles full of beasts stalking through the undergrowth, fog-blanketed bamboo forests to dark caverns unexplored for centuries—the world of Mortal Online 2 is huge and brimming with creatures, secrets, resources, and opportunity.
With four races and the option to mix multiple bloodlines within each race, you can forge a character perfectly tailored to your intentions. In addition to deeply customizing your character’s appearance, you can also build your character the way you’d like without the limit of being bound to classes. Invest in a large variety of impactful armor, weapons, and spells. Choose from an extensive list of unique skills and train them to master them—And if your chosen journey leads you down a new path, freely retrain your character as you see fit.
Mortal Online 2 offers you the choice to play the way you want to, whether alone or with others, with an expanding list of content to facilitate different styles of gameplay. Master numerous in-depth professions such as fishing, armor and weapon crafting, alchemy, and butchery; scour dark dungeons for rare spells to add to your collections; construct and furnish your home with a growing list of decorations; pick rare herbs to sell in far away lands for a profit; or gather together a band of like-minded adventurers into a guild and claim a castle. No matter the direction you take, your time in Nave will be unlike any other—entirely your own and always a part of its history.
Mortal Online 2 is a world full of impactful choices and consequences. With the exception of placing your items in a bank, almost everything—from armor to gathered resources—will be dropped on your death. This danger exists not only in the monsters and environmental hazards, but from other players as well. Guilds clash, duels are fought, and some may even take up the role of highwayman—all using real-time directional action combat. In a world shaped by conflict, every skirmish could spark something that changes the history of Nave forever.
The world remains large without fast travel, and if you choose to leave the well-guarded settlements and venture into the wilds—it can be dangerous. Many beings exist to be discovered, powered by a dynamic system allowing them to not always be found in the same spot. Encounter skittish deer-like springboks to gargantuan trolls that can throw fully-armored soldiers like toys. Whether you seek to collect rare items, tame a beast to fight by your side, or hunt down a rare creature, the possibilities presented by the world are many, and growing.
In Mortal Online 2, the actions of the players decide the social landscape and very gameplay environment in which you play. Whether it’s a house you happen upon in the wilderness, a guild who claim ownership over a region, a list of goods and animals available for purchase on a local auction house—Players, just like you, did all of it.

Reviews
People love to blame Mortal Online 2's bugs, performance, or slow development for its stagnant player population. They're wrong. The biggest problem with Mortal Online 2 isn't the code. It's the culture. This game has cultivated one of the most toxic environments for new players that I've ever experienced in any game I've played in 25+ years. StarVault sells you on a "hardcore sandbox" where every interaction matters and players create their own stories. What it doesn't tell you is that the MAJORITY of those stories begin and end with experienced players repeatedly griefing someone who has no realistic chance of fighting back. It's not for resources. Not for territory. Not for meaningful PvP. It's just because they can. There's a massive difference between hardcore and predatory. Hardcore PvP rewards skill, preparation, and risk. Predatory gameplay is groups of veteran players patrolling new player areas and killing any & all new or inexperienced player, veteran guilds banding together in a nut cup and gatekeep dungeons/bosses, harassing other gamers in VoiP with slurs & real life threats. Wonderful gameplay. If your idea of fun is deleting someone with ten hours of playtime while wearing equipment they've never even seen before, you're not proving you're good at the game. Every suggestion is dismissed as a complaint with: "It's a sandbox." "Skill issue." "Go join a guild." "That's Mortal." Those four phrases have become a convenient excuse for every miserable interaction. Instead of asking, "How do we keep new players interested?" the response is often, "If they quit, they weren't cut out for the game." And then everyone wonders why the game drops to 200 concurrent players between updates (95% of the time since updates are YEARS apart). The game doesn't suffer because it's difficult. It suffers because too many players seem more interested in making others have a miserable time, or protecting their little social circles than growing the community. If you're not part of the right guild... If you're not friends with the right people... If you're not already established... You're often treated as content instead of another player. The irony is almost painful. The same people who complain about declining population, empty cities, and a lack of content are often the ones driving away the very people who could have kept the game alive. Every new player chased out is another future crafter, merchant, rival, guildmate, or enemy that the game will never have. A healthy sandbox needs conflict. It also needs fresh blood. Mortal Online 2 has plenty of the first and not nearly enough of the second. Because somewhere along the way, a portion of the community stopped competing against each other and started competing to see who could make the most players uninstall first. That's not "hardcore." That's self-destructive. The tragedy is that beneath all of this is an MMO with incredible systems and genuine potential. But no amount of brilliant game design can overcome a community that treats every newcomer as prey instead of as the future of the game. I can't recommend paying $15 a month to join a community where too many people seem to confuse griefing with skill, gatekeeping with achievement, and making someone else's experience miserable with winning. Mortal Online 2 doesn't need a bigger marketing budget. It needs a community that actually wants other people to stick around.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'd love to give this game a positive review because its open world is amazing, skill system is incredible, and the game is wildly immersive. But, its not longer large scale pvp, its just immature people all murdering each other for kicks due to the murder system being way too lenient. You just get killed outside of town, everywhere, even if you are minding your own business, its absurd. The devs really need to make this more approachable to new players, I won't be playing this anymore.
Чемпион, ты там не перегрелся? Онлайн в игре полтора землекопа, а ты вводишь подписку за 14 долларов в месяц. За такой прайс в неё играют твоя мама и друг твой? (наличие друзей под вопросом)
Super clunky, plus a whole lot of nothing to do that feels meaningful. Wish there was a story that really made you want to play the game. Instead it is just thrown in and you kill the same things over and over again.
Well that really isn't fare. So I bought a game and never even got to play it once. I did not know I was paying 30 dollars for a subscription, but fine whatever. Then I couldn't even get in to the game after I bought it until I guess my subscription is up and now What these teams are asking from people is just insane. Make the subscription super beneficial towards those that can afford it or let me say that correctly, Can afford to put the time in that matches what they are paying for. I can't pay a monthly subscription for 1 game when I work 40 plus hours a week and well I don't really have a life, but if I did I would have absolutely no time to get my money worth. I am not even going to say how much money I spent on Path 2 exhale, but alot. A free game that actually tries to look out for the community all while making a ton of money. Why are you guys not watching what they are doing. Cause nobody knows what Mortal Online 2 is. Its a shame cause from the comments, it looks like everybody loves it. Too bad nobody can afford to play your luxary item of a game. Wake up, Give back to your community and they will carry you. Not the other way around.
THE BEST HARDCORE MMO ON THE MARKET I tried every MMO before finding MO2, I was DEEP deep in the steam list when I tried it. Mortal Online 2 hits in a way other MMOs simply don't. Whether its the first time you find real loot, kill a boss, or kill another player and take their loot, or the 100th - adrenaline and dopamine cannot be found in MMOs or really most games the way that MO2 supplies it. It is not for the weak, but the weak were never going to make it any way. This is the kind of game where a noob can learn to become a king just by using the microphone. Yes, there is a subscription. Yes, I would rather have this game than netflix each month. I have 3 times as much money going to subscriptions on my TV. It is worth it to experience this game. Mortal Online 2 feels truly alive in ways other MMOs can't touch. Take a look at the hours on some of these reviews. Even if someone got salty and crashed out, there is a reason they went 1-2k+ hours before writing the review. New NA server coming up that will breathe new life into the game and, I'm sure, the next 1000 hours are going to be the most fun I've ever had in a video game.
For the original price no. on sale maybe but it has some nice assets. the subscription for this game is overpriced by value of the game those you pay the subscription of the game have never felt the warmth of a woman. The game has promise but is lost to greed and the undeveloped scheme. the game itself is worth $10 at most and that's reaching.
Tried giving SV a chance, not worth it. Project even as 2026 is undercooked and the SV doesn't listen to anything other than the little circle jerk they got going around, And when you try to have a normal conversation about things on their Discord, they ban you since its easier that way than finding more excuses. Oh and this isn't even taking in consideration the amount of RMT that goes around the game.
