Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 13 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Ton of RNG and the worst UI I've seen in a while.
I know this is a cult favorite, but unless you 1. already know the rules 2. are willing to deal with the bonkers controls 3. have real people and not the soulless CPU to play with regularly This is a hard pass. Sure, given a dozen hours I could probably figure out the mechanics a lot better than the scant tutorials, but the reality is that Mordheim is a miniatures game and not a video game. You're supposed to kitbash your own rag-tag team, and laugh or scream with your friends when the dice inevitably swing one way. This game gets kudos for being slavishly faithful to the tabletop game, but honestly it makes for a terrible video game.

This is fun but it needs a lot of work. The game tries to constantly keep you underpowered forevery fight as a means of keeping the game challenging and to keep you from progressing too fast. The game is really fun at first until you realize the game design and it just feels like the game wastes your time on purpose and prevents you from progressing. When you do finally progress and seem to have some experienced and geared fighters, the game always puts the enemies just slightly more powerful than your units and your always at risk of losing a unit forever. It just feels bad to lose a guy you spend 10-30 games on trying to gear and level and it doesnt even feel like a mistake you made. This game should have been a lot better but even at $2 I was pretty let down.
There is a big learning curve for the mechanics. But man! I love this game it awards being patience and will punish you harshly for recklessness.
Is this even a game? Its so slow it reminded me of a collection of photos trying to be a RTS...so painfully slow. The game has huge maps and then puts both teams on top of each other at the start, I replayed the first mission a dozen times trying to enjoy this game. The graphics and concept were nice, I'm sure im just not meta enough of a player to be good enough to get to the second level.
The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game should portrait the grim dark, not make their players misserable by essentially rigging the numbers on the AI favour, is pure bs how they'd be dogging eveything, also different factions play the same and is like a 25% of what the tabletop is
Played barely an hour, trying my best to like it. That has been one of the longest hours of my life. The combat system boiling down to dice-roll RNG is not a great first look. But picture this: you get to sit down and watch as your 80% chance to hit attacks miss 3 times in a row, while your enemies clobber your army and take your loot, and you still need to pay your army and get them medical treatment after that shameful display before you can replace them. Do you like helplessly witnessing your misfortune manifest in front of you for what feels like an eternity, because the game moves so damn slow? The city of the damned... more like the city of the foot cramps you get from standing up and doing anything else with your life. I sure would have preferred anything else after having sat down an hour "watching" this roulette spin disguised as a fantasy-tactics game with mid art-style. I expected better from a game set in the Warhammer universe. 2/10
