Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
I would love to recommend it but as it stands right now, game is too same-y, even if the foundation is great. There are only 2 levels, a very restricted pool of rooms, ~5 enemy types and 6 skills for each character. Difficulty option is just "enemy are tankier and sponge more damage" instead of adding different attacks or concrete difficulty increase (adding a couple of lasers to the same room isn't it). While there are a lot of options regarding RNG battle upgrades/payout, winning runs are "did I get the extra damage/sustain operator powers/corpora or not". The fact that you are forced to choose to upgrade 1 of the 3 characters with the room payout means that it's better to fully boost 2 characters (flux for killing chaff and Ekko to kill elites/bosses) instead of going variety. In regards of character, I never manage to make Vekta work. He is mainly CC based, but the other characters do that much better (killing is stronger than stunning in the end) and doesn't add anything to the combat. I really want to come back in one update or two and change my review. The combat feels great, but 18 euros for a ~6-8 hours game feels too much at the moment. Once more replayability is added, I feel like this is going to be great.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.57/day in the week to Jul 30 → 5.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Just platinum"d this game on my 109th iteration. This is the video game version of crack. Can't wait to see what becomes of it in the future of this game I hope these guys really keep up with this one. Grew up playing Devil May Cry 3 and never beat it, found it later in life and finally beat it. The style mechanic in Devil May Cry 3 allows you one style at a time, Morbid Metal allows you all 3 at your disposal at any given time. Very soon after I found Returnal which was my introduction into the roguelite/roguelike genre and it quickly became one of my personal top 10. This game is the combination of the two in all the best ways. This game rewards you the more you learn how to manipulate the reward mechanic itself, on top of becoming one with the regular and special skills between the characters. My advice for those of you that may be having difficulty with the the second boss and its patterns, what I learned was distance is king. Much easier to learn it from a distance, do chip damage with Vekta when you can. I also mainly use flux for dps, Back stab, nano strikes and bladeform are a nasty combo. Excited to see if they are going to add- -4th character -expanded skill tree -new biome or new run entirely -task earned, or in-run hidden cosmetics
Morbid Metal has been an absolute blast to play so far. The fast-paced combat feels smooth, the ability to swap between characters on the fly is incredibly satisfying, and every run has kept me wanting to jump right back in. One of the things that stood out to me immediately is how much the movement and combat flow remind me of Warframe. The fluid mobility, stylish hack-and-slash gameplay, and emphasis on chaining attacks together give it a familiar feel, while still carving out its own identity. If you're a fan of Warframe-style action, there's a lot here to appreciate. Even in its current state, it's easy to see the passion and potential behind this game. The visuals are fantastic, the combat has a great flow, and there's a really solid foundation here. I'm genuinely excited to see where the developers take Morbid Metal in the future. With more content, characters, enemies, and polish, I can see this becoming something really special. I'll definitely be following its development closely. Looking forward to what's next!
Let me preface this negative review with; I plan on coming back and checking out 1.0 to see what's been implemented. I wanted to like it, butt it ended up feeling a bit clunky in the combat department and the exploration seems like it's something they need to expand upon, the core idea and gameplay loop on paper sound cool and aside from some janky controls I had some fun - but currently I can't recommend the content/optimization to price ration
Its not bad but its meh ...repetetive and i wish we had more bosses and more maps. now Grahpics are on point period loved the graphics! ill buy it again and give it a try this game always call me back, plus i heard they are indeed gonna add more content and new bosses see then it is worth it like that. And again NOT BAD GAMEA JUST i it need more content:curious_mechanic:
Awesome graphics and super fluid movement similar to Warframe. The game is a banger.
I remember coming across this game a while ago, but it seemed too, fast-paced, like the input window for stuff would be too small for someone like me. There was also the concern of it being a souls-like, (Y'know, the boss rush games with OP bosses that can kill you in a blink and you gotta die and repeat until you know their moves? Yeah, not my jam) BUT, I finally bit the bullet, and bought it, and i just have 2 words to describe the experience I was met with Holy ♥♥♥♥. The combat is smooth and FAR more forgiving than i thought, all 3 characters feel nice and equally fast, like being Ekku won't really hinder the parkour much combared to doing it as Flux. I don't mind the small enemy pool or limited randomization, as it lets me ease into the rest of the game. And honestly, for a game that's only taking 14-15 GB in my library, the game's surprisingly detailed, like i'd expect it to take like 80 or more with this level of visuals. Honestly, this surprisingly, got extremely close to a 10/10. Though as always, I do have some grievances with the designs, but again, those are nitpicks and shouldn't be taken as legit complaints. Overall: 9.8/10. (Personal note: Wanna feel like a badass? This game made me feel like 3)
