so fun, so smart and of course so beutiful. i actually care about the npcs, partially because of the quality of the dialogue and partially cause they are introduced gradually. the game remains intriguimg and challanging even 60 hours in. love it
LOVE the art style definitely a combo of Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing but different enough vibes and gameplay to make it interesting. the characters are well written and so far (in y1 mid summer) the storyline has been engaging. def recommend if you like Stardew and want something a bit new

Very relaxing, I love it! I'd recommend it for it's aesthetics, slow pacing and magical mechanics. I can't put it properly into words, but I'm happy to have bought the game.
Oh my goodness. This game was made for spooky girls like me. It is a perfect mix of Stardew Valley and Animal crossing, without it being too draining, repetitive or without too much bloat as I find with stardew these days. The characters are cute, the storylines are fun, and its sooo relaxing to play. I love the control style, the endless storage, the fun animals and all the great crops you can grow. The map itself is nice and big without being overwhelming. The decorating is 10/10 and you can use basically everything for decor including wood you chop. Its truly a perfect cozy game.
ich finde das spiele mega es macht spaß genau mein spiel da kann man versenken
I've played up to the second spring and have more than a few thoughts! Generally, I think that this is a very good game with room for improvement. I loved the art-- it's gorgeous, especially the environments. I really liked the way they animated the water to look like it's glowing, it looked magical. It also makes decorating fun, and you get a lot of freedom since pretty much everything CAN be used as a decoration. (Would love it I could turn the decorations so that they're on a slant, or if I could place rugs on top of each other, but this is more a nit pick). Animations are also smooth and enjoyable to watch! I particularly like the 'sigh' animation, which conveys a lot. The characters are fun and more in depth than the initial one line a day suggests, with flaws and sharp edges as well as endearing personality quirks. It's a bit of work to figure out what kind of gifts they like. Some genuinely feel like trial and error while others straight up tell you what they like. Farming is fun-- love so much that some crops can be grown through multiple seasons. The museum is also great, I think the exhibit rooms are unique and it's been a joy filling them out and seeing where the donation will settle. As for the improvements... The festivals do need some work. They feel kind of boring for the most part, with the Halloween event being the most egregious for me. Though the prizes are fun the mini games are TEDIOUS and you have to play them over and over again for some desired items. Quests are interesting, but they can trickle in slowly. If you're feeling like the days are too long, I would recommend changing the days from 15 minutes to 10. This helped stave off any feelings of wandering around with nothing to do. Plus, since you can change freely back and forth, I would recommend doing that to suit your needs. I've done this when racing home and trying to beat the sun, or at the beginning of seasons when I need to farm a bunch. Finally, there do seem to be some glitches and poorly explained features that need some addressing (but the devs are on top of)! For instance, when I got an upgraded fishing pole, the larger fishes all but disappeared. Certain trees only grow under a stipulation that wasn't made clear and that I had to learn about on reddit. Not to mention the farm animals thrive better when paired with other farm animals. All in all, Moonlight Peaks has a lot to show for a game that was just released and I for one am excited to see where it goes!
Absolutely loving this game. Usually, many of these farming sims rely too much on the farming, but in Moonlight Peaks, I would say the farming is part of the big package which is unraveling the lore and interacting with the residents of Moonlight Peaks. What I love about the way this is done is that the game presents you the story as you move around between different locations, areas, and homes. So you don't have to seek the story; you just explore areas and walk around and story moments trigger that way. It keeps me engaged in away that other farming sims did not. This kept the days interesting, and on the days I do not feel like attending to my farm, it is more likely than not that some story element will trigger. The NPCs are all mostly lovely (as always, you will have your favourites, and least favourites). The town of Moonlight Peaks is gorgeous, even though it is shrouded in eternal night, so gone are the lush colour palettes you see in other games, and you are presented in various shares of purples that make this game stand out from the others. You unlock different spells and abilities as the story progresses. I am over 4o hours in, and I only unlocked one of the three transformations, and my partner is some 85 hours in and has finally unlocked all the transformations and spells available. If you are looking for a cosy game that has a nice story to tell, along with a lot of interesting farming mechanics. then this one is for you.
This game is so cute, it runs so well and the story is nice!
Ok, this game is great! I really loved the characters but I HATE that I need to date them to get to know them on a deeper level, as if friendships are not as meaningful of a bond.... Also, If you need to date everybody to know their stories, there´s no point in breaking up with everybody just because I am marrying, let the Poly be Poly! Also I think we need more clothing options :) But its a really fun game, very cute and the animations are very smooth <3
Love this game! I have married 'Death', but there is only 1 date option... which is a bit boring after you've done it once... can you please get some variety?
