I had been excited for this game for years, and to see it finally come out (and without bugs!) is really such a treat. Contrary to others' opinions, I was really sucked in by the demo, and it made me even more excited for the game to come. Strangely, though, I found my interest waned a bit upon playing it. Don't get me wrong, it is still very good, but there isn't as much dialogue as I had been expecting, and the scenes are a bit shorter than I'd like. Also, some of the ways we're introduced to certain elements of the game (e.g., the seed store, the way we learn about vampsters) is less natural. For example, I'd think upon the first time we see a vampster, or pick one up, a character should approach us as in a cut scene explaining what we do with them, rather than waiting until we eventually find the cave (I was so confused at what I was meant to do with them for a while!) The seed store is fine, but if we'd had set hours more like a general store in most farming games, it would feel a bit more put together. Overall I am enjoying the game and would rate it a solid 8.5/10, but some of the pieces of making the game feel as alive as say Fields of Mistria weren't quite as polished as I'd expected. The idea, the world, and the art is really the best part of the game IMO. I hope it inspires devs to make more cozy spooky games, we need more of them!

INSANELY addictive! Has so many QOL upgrades vs Stardew. The characters are a lot deeper and hit closer to home. More quests as well to keep you busy :)

I love this game. It's everything I'd want from a cozy farming sim, plus the fantasy/supernatural element makes it even more fun. Getting to know the different characters is really built into the overall plot which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

It has a really good storyline with additional cut scenes with all the different characters as you get to know them. There is a main storyline that you go through and I think I'm nearing the end of the storyline soonish. I'm 85 hours in game. I feel like it's more than worth the money I've spent on it so far. It's like the graphics and cuteness of Fae-Farm and the storyline of Sunhaven had a gothic baby, and the baby is better than both of those games. I don't use every minute of my day doing things. It's fairly easy to make money in game by making wine and juices. There are lots of times where my character wakes up, tends the farm and just goes back to bed but there are also collections you can complete for little extras (I just learned about one today that is going to make me do WAY more collection hunting then I was intending to do lol). It does have some bugs but the devs are very active in their discord looking at all the bug complaints. You can chose to romance people in town or you can chose not to. It doesn't affect the storyline but people in town will remark on it so that's kind of neat. You're not stuck with one choice either - you can break up with them as well. The farming is fun, especially as you unlock magic spells as you go, that help out with farm chores, and the animals you can get for your farm are really cute. The only must-give advice I have if you decide to play is to use your house storage. You don't need to put storage boxes ANYWHERE. House storage is accessible from anywhere on your farm. It's a great feature of the game because I'm a total hoarder of all the things. If you try the demo, just know it's a very small portion of the world and it's more "this is how things work" because the storyline in the demo is NOT in the game at all.
