Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The game does an excellent job of making its mechanics work together. There are multiple layers of decision-making in every run: choosing your route, deploying your units, playing your hand, and preparing for the increasingly difficult boss battles. Having a boss fight at the end of every wave is also a great touch and gives each stage a satisfying sense of progression. One of the most enjoyable aspects is discovering just how many ways there are to break the game. Finding powerful combinations and experimenting with different strategies is consistently satisfying. The different clans each have a distinct identity, and combining two clans for every run creates an almost overwhelming number of possible card and item pools. While the sheer number of combinations can be daunting, it provides plenty of room for experimentation and replayability. The main weakness is difficulty. The game feels somewhat easier than other games in the genre, even on the highest difficulty. Once you have gained enough experience and understand how the mechanics interact, runs can start to feel relatively forgiving. Overall, this is a great experience for fans of the genre, particularly if you enjoy experimenting with builds and discovering powerful combinations. Its excellent mechanical synergy and huge variety of clan combinations provide plenty to explore, although experienced players may eventually find the challenge lacking.
Same like Monster Train 1 but better!
Love this game even more than the 1st!
好
很爽
An almost direct upgrade to monster train 1 because it includes the original clans from monster train 1. Lots more mechanics that are all super fun, The new clans kinda feel a bit wobbly at times but they're still good fun. (I personally dont like moon or angel, they feel boring) Really the only downgrade is the writing and oh boy did it get alot worse. I heard they lost their main writer and it certainly shows, the game has a bunch of optional scenes in the main hub area where you can listen in on conversations and god help them whatever writer they did have tried their absolute best and I can see the potential but it just feels soo... not good
