I have included some wretched choices in the game. I am trusting the player to pick none of them.

really sweet queer love story with a side of horrific and really hot violence, degradation, dehumanization, and two lovely girls being monstrous together despite the awful ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world we find ourselves in, or maybe because of it. Lot of reviews say you should play it if somethings wrong with you, but it doesn't think there's anything wrong with being monstrous or inhuman. Or maybe theres something extra wrong with it for thinking that ehehe, regardless its nice to be allowed to be a weird tran ny in more games. 10/10 it cant recommend this one enough.
Cishet boy speaking so I probably missed a lot of clues about the female experience of the body, but I still did find a LOT of material to relate with. Guaranteed to ruin your mood and your day, and make you look at the world in disgust. It's astonishingly great at making you uncomfortable with the topics brought up despite it all being hidden under a layer of metaphors. Also personally found a lot of echo with the mechanisms of coping with depression, there's clearly a lot of substance to enjoy in a particular way. It's not a game to grab a dash of dopamine and forget it the next day and go on with your life. It's meant to leave a lasting impression. English isn't precisely my first language so I can't really give it the praise it deserves the way I would like to. I loved it. Highly recommend.

Very strong start for a first game published and developed! The thing is, the game is a bit TOO obscure for me. I had no clue that Agnel had any affection for Cancer until she says that the Cancel outfit choice was cute. The scenes also sometimes are a bit too fast for their narrative. I wanted a lot more from the "Date!" scene. I kinda wanted more from all of the scenes. That doesn't mean I want more words, I'm more so upset I didn't get to know Agnel's deal besides the ending reveal. She didn't feel like a person to me, and the two girls' conversations felt less organic than Cancer and Her mom. Despite all that, I LOVE this game! But I can't assure people that they will have a good time.
it was truly a gift that steam recommended me this game. I've almost gotten all the endings but theres still so much I havent seen its amazing
I don't know what did i just played. I think I need an adult.
to me, this is one of those games when even if its kinda big for the usual VNs i consume(yurijam my beloved), i still feel is niche enough that i will barely know 3 people that enjoy the game, and its a bit of a shame, since the story feels like we are just grasping on the surface, and there is a lot more to tell, and i say this knowing i havent 100% all the game yet, but still i can give a reasonable review at this point where i am, having already finished the main endings. as i said already, the main story comes of as such a rich world it makes me curious of whats inside its guts, filling me with a curiosity i dont really find in much many other VNs, and yet i feel like the story it tells has really good cohesion and is perfectly covered, with bits of lore sprinkled out in different paths(what i consider paths at least) and peeks on the past that enrich the story. on the art side i cant help but love it, i was already a fan of the artist and the style, and in this VN i feel like each piece represents in a good way the story the text is explaining, elevating it with such a unique representation, also making each character design so special you cant help but fall in love with them. there is a couple of small things that i felt lackluster, even tho i understand that there cant exist a perfect work as an absolute, so i dont really feel like what i am about to say must be understood as something that makes me feel as if they make this work worse, as in there isnt a perfect piece of marble structure or organism in nature. the first thing would be that i feel like the transfemenine choice falls a bit lacking, as in i feel like there could be some places where this trait could show up more, like maybe in some more insecurities or even obsessing over some things, although i wanna say i dont feel like this makes this work worse, just more human in my eyes. the other thing is in the aspects of choices and being able to rollback, since i am used to play VNs that can just go back even on choices easily without having to use the autosave option, but this is just the smallest of things, like i can perfectly see why this cant be done due to adding it breaking something else so its just my personal opinion at the end of the day i really loved this literally and visual work, and i cant wait to see more of it :)
big fan of girls who are perverts
I am a big wuss and scared of everything and I was covering my eyes with my hands as I played and yet could not look away. I think this is the correct way to play, Play it. It made me feel things.
girls are made of meat and flesh and blood and 100% pervert love forever
tldr: Amazing game about so many things but mainly about brave people resisting against a system and world aiming to crush and assimilate everyone (sound familiar?) . Despite tackling all these themes, the game manages to tie them into eachother neatly. Contrary to other reviews you do NOT need to be the target demographic to enjoy the game. You could be average Joe and the game would still be amazing. You can STILL relate to the main characters (everyone is mentally ill, some just hide it better than others) Spoilers: Relateable and sympethatic characters. All their actions and words come natural and bounce off eachother naturally. I particulary enjoyed Mom and her relationship to Fellicity and Cancer which gets revealed step by step through different endings and routes. She tackles her and Felicitiys Drama, manages to work through it (with Cancers help) and allows Cancer to live independately of it. Especially the flashbags of her alcoholism are amazingly visceral. The story pieces nicely click into place through the different routes and reading through scenes again after completing different routes feels rewarding, as little connections can be made everywhere. Similarly the writing is very unique, abstract and metaphor heavy. When starting the game, you often dont know which phrases are metaphors and which directly reference the game world. As you unravel the story, the dialogue gets clearer and clearer and by the end you can cut through the metaphors nicely. You get used to the strange writing style, which alternates between excessively dressing ideas up and extremely blunt and shameless language and imagery (The writing feels like a bodybag in giftwrap). This makes the game very rewarding to replay and get different endings. My only gripe is that the true good ending is very easy to get. I got it in my first playthrough and it still hit hard. However, i did this ending again after finding all other endings and it hit way harder and was more emotional, because you spent more time with Agnel and Cancer and wish the best for them. It would have been cool if you needed to get all the bad ends and see Cancer suffer endlessly before beeing able to get the true and. This also ties into the game world with "the ocean of hair" and many Cancers sacrificing themselves to finally have Cancers wish fullfilled. The world is very blatant and simple but also abstract. However, this works really well, especially because every abstract part of the world is an on-the-nose metaphor for our real world. yah probably my game of the year
