I had no money in my bank so I ran (walked) to the nearest ATM in this sweltering heat to deposit money just to buy this when it was finally out of Steam jail. I've never really resonated with being a "woman", no less a "girl"- but like, something about this game made me feel some "healing" with it. I am a girl, a sickly bat nonbinary girl thing, and it makes me happy cause that's what I am. And ants crawling on me as there's nothing else I'm able to do.............. something I said to someone in a discord call after playing this, was that "the next time an ai: the somnium file game comes out I'm gonna be like "wow what an impressively drawn mystery I truly couldn't have seen where it was going and the result felt satisfying to uncover. unfortunately the women weren't[spoiler] kissing with insane levels of tongue [/spoiler]so I don't care". I think this game gave me such an insane payoff for literally just. completing my first run. it was girls ending. girls route, whatever its called, for those who care. I'm still managing to get myself through replaying a lot of this for the sake of trying to find the other endings, but I'm still unsure anything will top that for me. So maybe that's like, my only real complaint. That getting to that specific route should've been harder, given how much it feels like the best ending. but if i wanted that then maybe i should've done my first run with modifiers, lmao. this game was very, very fun. i dont like reading much. but this hooked me. i love you cancer prize, she would've loved umamusume.
