Absolutely beautiful MV game. Bosses are punishing but learnable, and once you get the hang of the "dodge" the game's combat truly begins to flow. The only real bit of forced monotony the game makes you deal with is the high amount of back-travel needed to fully complete the game, with fast travel points being unnecessarily neutered. Sound design is excellent, story is compelling (if you search for it), visuals are very pretty. Highly recommended for any and all MV fans. Also, anyone familiar with HK's Path of Pain is in for a treat.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

best aesthetic design ever
Incredible gameplay, amazing visuals, fantastic music and an interesting story that I'm fully invested in. A mid point between Hollow Knight's and Nine Sols exploration and flowy combat that uses some unique mechanics that set it apart. Very sad to see the Dev team be part of the many layoffs/ studio closures as this game definitely had more to give with possible future content; DLC, sequels, ETC.
MIO took the joy out of getting lost in metroidvanias
You permanently lose hearts as part of the game's story. But you lose a lot more if you veer off course. The tremors are tied to map exploration. When a tremor sets off, you permanently lose a whole heart. You backtracked to an old area? Lose a heart. Went left instead of the main path? Lose another heart. Now, you *have* to look for the life shards. Gaining a heart no longer feels rewarding. You're just offsetting loss. Enemies do lose a % of their total hp, including bosses. Maybe that balances the difficulty. But what about platforming? Oh, they're exactly the same? And now you have less headroom to make mistakes? Gosh darn. Well, it's all worth it for that one-out-of-four life shard at the end of this course. We're all androids deteriorating in a dying ship. Naturally, more tremors will occur the longer the game goes. Plot significance! Except, losing hearts is tied to map exploration, not plot progression. You trigger it by walking on tremor checks on the ground. Not, when you unlock new skills or get upgrades. You can accidentally trigger tremors! And when you do - you're now burdened with delving deeper for upgrades. To make it feel worth it. MIO is not a hard game. You can tell it's made to be more accessible. I can go through most areas and survive most boss fights with maybe two hearts. But, I have never, ever, felt burdened to explore new areas or felt scared to backtrack when I unlocked new movements, in any metroidvania game I have ever played before.
If you liked Silksong or Nine Sols, you'll love this. I'm a big fan of platformers, metroidvania, and Soulslikes in general, and this game scratches that itch. It's also way less dark than most, and has a very cozy feel surprisingly, almost like Ori and the Blind Forest but less Disney. Definitely give it a try.
Mio is a great game. I like sci-fis and i enjoy metroidvanias. This game has both of it. The story is pretty good tho(i'm trying not to spoil things XD). If you like a good stories, banch of great mechanics, challengenig platformer, various locations and bosses, than you will enjoy this game as much as I did :)
跑路设计太扫码了,我时间应该用来玩跳跳乐或者战斗爽,而不是一直因为低容错和长路线重复乏味的三百六十五里路,没啥体验,引导还差
Very epic game, gives me big grime vibes with the unique 3d artstyle and the parkour/runbacks that people love to complain about. Great soundtrack and medium difficulty, definitely slow in the start until you get the go faster button
One of the best metroidvanias and altogether games I've played. Great plot and setting, amazing artwork and soundtrack, challenging and interesting platform puzzles and cool bosses, that make you change tactics and excperiment with modifiers. IMHO, MIO is way more beautiful visually, touching emotionally and entertaining gameplaywise than Ori, for example. I'm surprised this game isn't more popular and I basically found it on the incident. Deserves way more attention and praise.
