“Mina the Hollower” probably shouldn’t be compared to “Silksong” because the two are very different games. But “Mina” is in a way the opposite of “Silksong” as it takes an opposite path to mastery. Whereas “Silksong” was pure and refined like a classical piece, “Mina” just throws everything at the wall. It boldly tries everything; it’s like video games: the video game. I can see why there’s backlash because the game is quite punishing and quite jank at times but the jank is part of the boldness of experimentation. Absolute masterpiece

They did it again, this ♥♥♥♥ slapped from start to finish. The platforming was tight, the story and setting were engaging, the soundtrack rocked, and I loved finding all the little hidden nooks and crannies full of unique collectibles.

such a good game. Loved it from start (first 2hrs are a bit overly hard) to end.
This game is extremely fun, and charming. Anyone that is a fan of video games would be a fan of this game. Genuinely a masterpiece.
Good game, if you like 2d adventure games it is on par with the old Zelda games for Game Boy.
