Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

About
From Edmund McMillen (The Binding of Isaac, Super Meat Boy) and Tyler Glaiel (Closure, The End Is Nigh) comes a deeply tactical legacy roguelite that asks:
What if you could breed the perfect army of whiskered warriors, then send them on tactical adventures in search of food, money and loads of treasure?
The Cat Loop:
Welcome to Boon County, where each day you’ll assemble a team from your ever-growing house and outfit your cats with class-specific collars (Fighter, Tank, Mage, and many more). Send your mutant feline squad clawing through adventures of turn-based battles that demand careful positioning, wild power combos, and environmental shenanigans.
Combat That Rewards Mastery:
With 1000+ unique abilities (75 per class), 900+ items, and countless environmental interactions, every run throws fresh tactical puzzles at you. There’s real depth here, and endless room for experimenters and optimizers alike.
Breeding Creates Your Future:
Cats that return home carry scars, experience (and sometimes extra heads!) Pass down strange skills and mutations, tinker with your bloodline, tackle genetic quirks, and build ever stranger, more powerful cats for the next adventure.
Epic Scope:
200+ hour main campaign
10+ character classes with 75 unique abilities each
900+ wild items
200+ enemies and bosses
Roguelite progression: never experience the same game twice.
Choices at every turn. Money! Items!! And genes!! All matters.
From Simple to Infinitely Complex:
Mewgenics welcomes you in and then reveals more and more layers over time. Early runs teach the basics, but soon you'll be optimizing breeding chains, discovering unexpected ability combos, and making agonizing strategic choices about whether to keep a cute kitten or give it to one of the many NPCs to upgrade your house. Mewgenics offers you a path to tactical mastery while embracing chaotic emergent gameplay.
Build, experiment, adapt! There’s always a new way to experiment with (and break) the game.
Also: you can pet the cats.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
There's only so much I can say in a Steam review to convince you, but I hope my playtime can speak for itself :} Despite the fact that I spent 500 hours playing this game already, I still think about playing it often! The house management aspects of the game can understandably be a bit boring or unengaging, but the gameplay, world, and music absolutely made up for the occasional slog, in my opinion. Especially if you're a fan of Binding of Isaac! Creating a game this replayable with this much content is an enormous boon (haha boon county.. get it) in the current state of gaming. And with DLC (free and paid) on the way, my playtime could well double what it is now, who knows... I didn't even buy it at launch and yet this game is on my mind daily ever since I picked it up. Absolute brilliant game design and in my mind an all time classic. Do not look past the crude art or humor, the game slaps.

Latest in each market: best RU #27, worst AU #100 · 13 markets collected
US · last 30 days
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

cycles to have a new run takes too long and sometimes you need to do trash cat runs so you dont run of resources.
warrior cats for newgrounds people okay, in all seriousness, this is one of the most fun SRPGs i've played, right up there with Disgaea as far as "strategy games that actively encourage you to break it via the mechanics you're given" go. does start out fairly simple, but after you've got more cats and classes and items to work with, you're going to come up with some Pretty Funny Combinations in your runs that might just plow you to victory even if you end up with terrible RNG. that being said, while the game does start out simple, the later areas do require a little planning on the fly, and sometimes a bad event pull might screw you out of a run no matter how much you plan and gear up your cats. whatever hand you're thrown during a run, you're going to have to work with it. but then again, i feel like isaac is the same way, from what i've seen of it. not a bad thing by any means, but this is definitely a strategy game for very strategy-game-minded people. mewgenics is def up there as one of my favorite games of the genre, but there's a couple things i ain't the biggest fan of. while all the classes are damn solid, cleric feels more or less mandatory for every team setup (especially in the desert area), druid tinker and psychic are so stupidly situational that most of the time you're not going to be bothering with them, and while necromancer and druid are pretty cool on paper they don't really scale all that well the further you go in an act. hell, on the note of acts
hey why does looting the final boss of an act have a chance to completely kill a cat and potentially screw you out of anything that cat gained throughout the entire act
. also, house content i wish could be flesh out a little more. sorting cats and playing RE4 inventory management with the furniture is nice and all, but it's not terribly engaging. but at least you got some banger tunes to listen to while you do it. maybe in the expansion all my gripes won't mean a thing, but even then, don't let that deter you from giving the game a shot. if you've got enough of a tolerance for newgrounds-style humor that wouldn't feel out of place in the 00s, you may just find yourself sinking a lot of time into mewgenics.
its pretty good, needs more cat sex
This is one game that I have to say is very unique and I am very addicted. The content in this game is almost endless. Every run feels so different and spontaneous. Get this game!
peeeeaakk..//./I LOVE CATS, i love cats this is my favourite game, i love it i love it,, game of ze year, trust
Мяу мяу мур мя мррр
Incredibly annoying characters and incredibly basic UI and graphics. Attempts to save this with shock value--namely cats killing each other, humping and poop based humor. If you don't find the trailers funny don't buy this game. hard to convey how crude and unappealing the atmosphere is.
i initially pirated mewgenics, played and beat it with 188 hours under my belt, and i loved it so much i genuinely felt the need to buy it, and the fact that its on sale at the time of me writing this sealed the deal
this is one of the most life changing games ive ever played i was suicidal and played this game shortly before the date i had planned to commit and forgot al about it because i was too busy watching cats have sex and fighting dinosaurs
