Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
Sony has moved to all digital combined with the implementation of dynamic pricing so all games will get purchased, refunded and nothing but negative reviews from me regardless of my actual experience.
Even after the performance patch, the game is still laggy for many people. Because of this, trying to play online is basically a 50% chance or higher that you will get one-sided 8frames of rollback that make the game unplayable despite your machine running it perfectly. Despite this being a solved problem many Eastern companies still have not fixed this issue that has plagued modern fighting games since SF5, was apparent through all of Guilty Gear Strive's lifetime, and I have very low hopes of this issue ever being addressed as this game has even higher performance requirements than those games and a much more casual playerbase. As a network engineer I can't in good faith recommend this game if your intention is to play it online at all. You will be limited to only playing a few select friends and even then the netcode is simply poorly programmed so there will always be an advantage for weaker machines as that is just the reality of how badly implemented rollback works.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Runs terribly.
Required PSN log in sucks.
The game actually rules but I can't truly recommend this until the PC port performance issues are properly fixed. The fact the game would work fine on most systems if it wasn't for Sony bloating the game with their anti-cheat (which doesn't even work btw) is genuinely laughable. My heart goes out to ArcSys, there's no way any of this was their decision.
I tried giving the game a chance, waited for a series of updates but yet the game still has a lot of issues. Really disappointing as I was ready to make this my main game
Bought it because its Marvel and developed by Arc System Works. Haven't played it (other than practice) because I don't want to be forced to sign up for a PSN account.
PC optimization is confoundingly awful. I had a game with someone in my state, full connection and low ping, yet 8 rollback frames. Whats worse is that the rollback was desynced. Genuine arcane wizardry to make a game run this awful
crashes constantly never put anticheat on a fighting game the frauds expose themselves
I’m giving this game the upvote it deserves. As a fighting game enthusiast for 17 years now, I have to say: Marvel Tokon is genuinely really good. It has a low skill floor but a high skill ceiling, which is exactly what I want from a fighting game. The auto-combos are implemented really well and, unlike in DBFZ, you can’t just mash them on whiff. In DBFZ, Vegito can literally sit there mashing LLL and still auto-confirm into a full combo. The character designs are fantastic. Every character has personality, identity, and actually feels unique. And honestly, I’m not even a Marvel fan or a team-fighter fan. I come from Street Fighter IV, so this isn’t really my usual type of game. But next to Avatar Legends, this is probably the best fighting game out there right now — at least for me. I have a lot of issues with SF6 and the direction the game is going in, so Marvel Tokon has been a really refreshing experience. I initially bought it on PS5 because the PC port was apparently in such a bad state, but I ended up buying it on PC as well. And honestly, it runs great for me. Fast matches, no lag — I really can’t complain. The FGC is a VERY small community, so show this game the love it deserves. We need to show the big companies that fighting games are worth investing in and developing, especially after the downfall of 2XKO. Support the games you want to see succeed.
