Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I enjoy this game as it is relaxing.
a nice game
A very promising game. There's something for everyone (daily races, multi-players races, free sailling, sailling lessons). Globe is still missing something, like waypoints for offline navigation for instance or multiple boats class to sail. But it have a lot of potential and can be a new Sailaway II of its kind. Devs are really reactive with strong communication.

MarineVerse is one of those rare VR experiences that is both relaxing and genuinely educational. As someone who sailed when I was younger and is planning to return to the hobby, I was surprised by how much it helped me remember sailing principles and boat handling. The manual controls feel rewarding, the sailing physics are convincing, and the immersion is excellent. Small details like the sounds of the wind, water, and rigging really help create the feeling of being out on the water. It feels like a combination of a game, a sailing simulator, and a training tool. I've spent many hours simply enjoying being out on the virtual water, while also refreshing skills that I hope to use again in real life. Another thing worth mentioning is the developer. Greg is very approachable, actively engages with the community, and seems genuinely interested in player feedback and improving the experience. It's always nice to see that level of passion and dedication behind a VR project. My only minor criticism is that I expected a bigger graphical leap in the PC version compared to Quest 3. The visuals are good, but I think there's still room for improvement on high-end hardware (like Kayak VR or Subside. Overall, if you have any interest in sailing or are looking for a unique VR experience, I can definitely recommend it.
Very immersive. I especially like the racing yacht in VR.
Finally, a sailing game that respects the wind. The VR support is phenomenal, offering a true first-person perspective that demands real-world situational awareness. I’ve used this to practice tacking scenarios and VMG optimization that I’ve since applied to my actual sailing. Whether you are using a headset for full immersion or just relaxing on a flat screen, this is the most authentic simulator I’ve found.
Excellent sail race game with a great community forming, and passionate developers keen to progress the game. if you want to learn about the intricacies and tactics of racing this is perfect. i’ve played it for a while now using quest 3 pcvr and it works brilliantly. plenty of stats and race replays, leagues and multiplayer races can be found and the discord channel gives plenty of advice and ongoing support. look forward to more development in the future. You can now sail around the globe! With accurate landmasses and ports to sail to, plus ocean races against others, the developer, Greg, is integrating it with global earth bit by bit so as to give more detail to shorelines, the potential for this game is amazing - think msfs 2024 but in a boat! Also you can continue sailing whilst not in the headset, and alter your course etc on a 3d depiction of where your boat is in the world, including global earth graphics. I wholeheartedly support this game, as the passion to make it an amazing one of a kind simulator grows and grows.
MarineVerse Cup is a very interesting option for anyone interested in sailing – from absolute beginners to experienced skippers. The sailing model is highly satisfying. The need for precise sail trimming, and the hull physics on the waves are incredibly impressive in especially in VR. The program is excellent at teaching the basics—from yacht construction and sailing theory to advanced racing maneuvers. It is an ideal tool for "dry land" training. Wide range of tutorials allow even those with no on-water experience to quickly master the basic controls. It is more than just a game – it is a fantastic trainer and a social platform for sailing enthusiasts. MarineVerse allows you to experience the thrill of racing without leaving your home. If you have a VR headset and feel the pull of the water, you won't find anything better.

Great game…I’ve learned a tremendous amount about sailing. The globe races have been a lot fun.
