I'm by all means of the term a MtG whale, and I started playing Arena in its open Beta during original Ixalan. I bought every season pass, did all my daily quests and loved the Historic format too when it first came out. Then they invented Alchemy cards, shoved it into a format that didn't need it (imo the dumbest and worst things the devs ever did with the game), and completely warped the play experience of Arena forever. I uninstalled shortly after, promising to only reinstall once they removed Alchemy cards in a meaningful way. You'd understand the elation I felt hearing they were saying goodbye to Alchemy cards (Wizards' exact words)! No more overpowered, constantly rebalanced, frustrating, digital only cards! I reinstalled and jumped back into some Hobbit drafts and rebuilt a Brawl deck I had from a long time ago. Then in my first game... huh? An Alchemy card is still allowed in Brawl? They won in 3 turns. Apparently they're not making any MORE Alchemy cards, but the remainder remain legal? Nah, that's a breach of a trust you had just barely earned back. I've uninstalled again, and won't be playing until the devs actually remove the garbage from all formats that don't start with "Alchemy".

Loser game very fun
If you are disconnected when trying to login, game forces you to re-download over 1GB when you launch again. SO annoying. Just want to jump in and play a few rounds but have to wait a few minutes. This can happen a few times a day.
