Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.14/day in the week to Jul 31 → 18.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the Family in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era.
Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood of forced labor, he's ready to risk everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family.
His oath to the Mafia, with all the power, temptation, and hardship it entails, is a burning reminder of this simple truth:
Family Takes Sacrifice.
This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

The rough-hewn beauty of Sicily's rugged countryside is a stark contrast to the grime of urban alleyways—but the treachery and violence of this gangland run just as deep. Rival families and their ruthless leaders wage unending turf wars in the shadows, hidden from the public eye. Trust is a fleeting rarity, and loyalties are worth killing for.

You're the antihero of this thrilling 1900s story, living out every tense moment of Enzo's descent into Sicily’s clandestine criminal underworld. Come face-to-face with a cast of unpredictable allies and cutthroat enemies in this classic crime drama, rich in period-authentic details that will immerse you in this treacherous Mediterranean setting.

Engage in life-or-death combat, be it up close with a blade or from afar with a variety of firearms. Ambush enemies for vicious stealth takedowns, or slice them up in close-quarters duels. If you prefer firearms, wield period-authentic handguns, rifles, and shotguns to overcome any odds and doggedly eliminate the Don's enemies.

Traverse a wide range of Sicilian environments, from underground crypts and crumbling ruins to bountiful vineyards and ornate opera houses. To reach your next target or make a hurried getaway, you'll need to gallop on horseback across cobbled streets and open fields, or speed down dirt roads in authentic turn-of-the-century automobiles.

Reviews
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQM3QKm-Nac Stepping back into the turn-of-the-century Sicilian underworld brings the series right back to its roots, delivering a cinematic crime story that captures the spirit of the original game remarkably well. Following Enzo Favara's rise through the Torrisi family feels like playing through a classic period mob movie, surrounded by sun-drenched vineyards, brutal stiletto blade fights, and vintage motorcars. The plot hits familiar beats and plays things a bit predictable, but the execution remains compelling and grounded enough to keep you hooked on the drama. The primary frustration stems from the poor technical optimization; constant frame drops, hitching, and performance stutters pull you right out of the setting during intense shootouts and carriage chases. It stands as a genuinely great, nostalgic story experience that unfortunately gets dragged down by its current performance state.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

+ Směrovky u silnice dobrý nápad, není to rušivé a není potřeba stále otevírat mapu. A ještě jedna věc.

Absolute cinema "Chief kiss"
The game has beautiful graphics, solid gameplay mechanics, good pacing and story progression, and I really like the way the characters are portrayed. They feel believable and natural in my opinion, which is rare in AAA games these days So... why am I giving this game a negative review?
Because of the ending. Solely because of the ending.
More precisely:
The biggest problem is Enzo's and Isabella's fate, as well as that of almost every character and the "family" they belong to. Enzo dies. The Don dies. His consigliere dies. The Mafia family's/"La Famiglia" estate burns to the ground. The members of "La Famiglia" are either killed or left with nothing but ruins. Even the vineyard and gardens are destroyed, as the whole island is devastated by the volcanic eruption, and that's it. Isabella is left pregnant and alone in the crime infested Empire bay It also seems to me heavily implied that she left with little more than a single suitcase to her name. She looks worn out in the last cutscene. Tired... sad... alone... I don't have an issue with tragic endings per se, but simply destroying almost everything the player has worked for throughout the game feels like the cheapest possible way to create drama. It also reinforces the old-fashioned "crime doesn't pay" formula that was famously enforced by the Hays Code, the Hollywood Motion Picture Production Code that governed American filmmaking for decades: the protagonist enters the criminal world, becomes successful, and is ultimately punished for it — ending up dead, broke, in prison, or, in the best-case scenario, in witness protection with a mundane job, forced to live as a nobody for the rest of his life. ...and honestly, I think this game series is more interesting than that — or at least it sometimes was. An ambiguous ending would have worked much better for Mafia - The Old Country. Enzo and Isabella could have reached America with little more than what they could carry, leaving Enzo with few useful skills except those he acquired through his criminal life... from there, who knows what happens? Maybe he genuinely escapes the Mafia and starts a new life. Maybe he eventually gets involved with the American Mafia. Maybe he tries to go straight. Maybe he succeeds. Maybe he fails. Maybe the old world catches up with them. I wouldn't know, and the game would leave it to my imagination. Isabella could even have an uneasy conversation with Enzo at the end of the game about what they are going to do for money now... an equally uneasy or even disgusted look by Enzo at some Italian dockworkers and a single individual wearing a pinstriped suit... I think, that could have been beautiful as a contrast between the Old Country they had just escaped and the New World. ...and that uncertainty would have been much more interesting than simply watching Enzo get killed. It would also fit the series. The Mafia games have always dealt with the consequences of criminal life, but the protagonists don't necessarily need to die for the story to make its point. Vito can survive in Mafia III. Lincoln can potentially even "win" in Mafia III. With Enzo, however, the game ultimately tells me that everything I did was doomed from the beginning. I spent the entire game building this character and the "La Famiglia" up, watching him and "La Famiglia" rise throughout the game — only for the writers to essentially say: "Nope. He dies, because he trusted his best friend and this branch of the Mafia bascially dies with him." That also makes me question the appeal of any future DLC centered around Enzo. If I already know that he, Isabella's life in Sicily, and "La Famiglia" I'm helping all ultimately amount to nothing, why should I become invested in stories showing a little further rise before the fall? And that's a shame, because an open ending could have left me wondering... Instead, I know exactly what happens to him. He just dies... ...because he first spared and then trusted his best friend — who kills him for no stated reason beyond being "sorry." And honestly... that's just rather lame. :-D
Short version: I put the DLC on my wishlist, as I was playing the game... and removed it from my shopping cart, after I finished it.
This isn't really a game, it's a series of cutscenes occasionally interspersed with moments of gameplay
