For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. About

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the Family in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era.
Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood of forced labor, he's ready to risk everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family.
His oath to the Mafia, with all the power, temptation, and hardship it entails, is a burning reminder of this simple truth:
Family Takes Sacrifice.
This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

The rough-hewn beauty of Sicily's rugged countryside is a stark contrast to the grime of urban alleyways—but the treachery and violence of this gangland run just as deep. Rival families and their ruthless leaders wage unending turf wars in the shadows, hidden from the public eye. Trust is a fleeting rarity, and loyalties are worth killing for.

You're the antihero of this thrilling 1900s story, living out every tense moment of Enzo's descent into Sicily’s clandestine criminal underworld. Come face-to-face with a cast of unpredictable allies and cutthroat enemies in this classic crime drama, rich in period-authentic details that will immerse you in this treacherous Mediterranean setting.

Engage in life-or-death combat, be it up close with a blade or from afar with a variety of firearms. Ambush enemies for vicious stealth takedowns, or slice them up in close-quarters duels. If you prefer firearms, wield period-authentic handguns, rifles, and shotguns to overcome any odds and doggedly eliminate the Don's enemies.

Traverse a wide range of Sicilian environments, from underground crypts and crumbling ruins to bountiful vineyards and ornate opera houses. To reach your next target or make a hurried getaway, you'll need to gallop on horseback across cobbled streets and open fields, or speed down dirt roads in authentic turn-of-the-century automobiles.

Mafia: The Old Country, despite a very slow start ended up being my favourite game of the entire series. With it being set closer in time to Red Dead Redemption than it is to the first Mafia game and having a entirely rural setting it often looks more like a western than a Mafia game. This, combined with the initial mission to mission story, linear progress gameplay can be quite jarring if you're expecting to get straight into an open map like the previous games. After what I'll admit is a slow start, escaping a Sulphur mine then initially just doing basic chores around the Don's estate it's not long before Enzo's story really starts to get interesting. While on the subject of the story, the voice acting, characters and cutscenes are all fantastic, real movie level quality on display here. Also worth noting is the lack of any annoying Paulie or Joey 'bag o donuts' type characters like the first couple of games, that's not to say everyone is super serious, the guys banter and mock each other in the realistic way men do, it never resorts to the <insert joke here> style that plagues many modern games. With the game being set in a huge valley, rather than a city the game also looks amazing, twisting country roads, vineyards, farms, ruins, sunny Sicilian afternoons, rain and thunderstorms, this game looks fantastic, especially if you have a rig that can run this on High or epic. A slow burning, story driven gem of a game, that much like the rumbling smoking volcano always looming over the horizon, Enzo's story builds to an explosive conclusion. I loved my time in 'the old country', this is an easy recommendation.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 30: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I was genuinely surprised by this game. Honestly, coming from Hangar 13, I wasn't expecting much. But to my pleasant surprise, they've completely silenced my doubts and delivered a stunning audiovisual entry in the Mafia saga, Mafia: The Old Country. For years, I've been critical of Hangar 13, they let me down with Mafia III, didn't meet my expectations with the Mafia remake, and the remasters of Mafia II and III felt pretty half-baked. But now I have to eat my words, because I was convinced this would be more of the same, a lukewarm game lacking the true Mafia essence. Maybe it was those prejudices that kept me from picking it up sooner, and maybe because of that, I almost missed the beginning of Hangar 13's redemption arc. I went into this one knowing nothing beyond what was shown in the trailers. I made a point of avoiding any story or gameplay spoilers so I could keep my opinion as unbiased as possible. And what I got was one of the best gaming experiences I've had in a long time, and the closest thing to the classic Mafia feel in even longer. The story was magnificent and worthy of a title like this. On top of that, the option to listen to the Sicilian voice acting and apply the classic film filter added so much to the overall experience. The protagonist, Enzo, is a well-rounded character with his own struggles and ambitions, his story and personality put him right up there with the likes of Tommy Angelo and Vito Scaletta. The plot branches out in several directions around the protagonist and his way of life, all of which come together in an epic, cinematic conclusion. As for the gameplay, it brings back a lot of what made the original Mafia games great while incorporating the best elements from the more recent titles, blending and refining them into something solid. Playing on classic difficulty is, pardon the redundancy, a truly classic experience. There's that constant tension of being outgunned, having to carefully manage your health, ammo, and cover, etc. All in all, I think Mafia: The Old Country is the game Hangar 13 should have made a decade ago when they released Mafia III. Maybe this entry came late, but it still arrived. And maybe, just maybe, this is the beginning of Hangar 13's redemption as the studio behind the Mafia franchise. So yes, while the game does have a few flaws, I thought it was spectacular and absolutely worth recommending.
Good story game (SPOILER ALERT!!!), but gameplay is way too short and story is pretty obvious from the beginning, Typical love story with a poor dude and rich girl. Not worth the 89$A if its on maybe half price on a discount grab it.
Jogo mal otimizado e muito curto. 17h para finalizar. O mapa é bonito, a região, etc. "Mundo aberto", história linear, jogabilidade repetitiva (matar geral na furtividade, afiar a faca, repetir o processo).
Gra jest niesamowicie dobrze zrobiona z bardzo dobrą fabułą. Szkoda zakończenia, jak skończył Enzo bez happy endu z Isabelle :(
Mafia: The Old Country hat mir insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
This is a overpriced game. The storyline is very short and fully guided. It seems like the devs did not have the time to finish a open world game. One of the worst mafia games ever made
The Ultimate Playable Mob Movie Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) Mafia: The Old Country strips away open-world filler to deliver a tightly focused, 12-hour cinematic triumph. It perfectly blends a powerful narrative with gritty action, playing out like a masterpiece of peak crime cinema. The Story: The narrative follows Enzo Favara’s intense, tragic rise from a brutal Sicilian sulfur mine to a trusted soldier in Don Torrisi’s family. It’s a grounded, mature tale of loyalty, blood feuds, and the heavy burden of omertà. The Cinematics: Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game boasts stunning, hyper-realistic facial animations and dramatic camera work. Playing with the native Sicilian audio dub and English subtitles transforms the experience into an incredibly immersive Hollywood-level historical drama. The Gameplay: The action transitions seamlessly from tense stealth and close-quarter knife duels to thunderous, cover-based shootouts. The era-specific arsenal—heavy revolvers, repeating rifles, and brutal sawed-off shotguns—feels heavy and impactful during massive cinematic set pieces. The Verdict: By ditching repetitive map-clearing chores, the game ensures every mission pushes a phenomenal story forward. For fans of cinematic storytelling and punchy, high-stakes action, this is a must-play.
Was A masterpiece of a story with a beautiful new scenery and a new take on the series. It is a slow burn, expressing the hardship and events of a man joining the mafia also finding forbidden love, it is dialogue heavy and sometimes felt like I was watching a movie, which seemed to have me invested not for those who are looking for a open sand box, worth to play but, would recommend for a sale 𝓑𝓤𝓕𝓕𝓨 𝓐𝓟𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓥𝓔𝓓 ✓
