peak game, no lag issues at all, runs really well (although my gpu heats up a lot, but you can see why)
Incredible personalization possibilities, fast n fun gameplay and hours spent on building mechas. This is one of the biggest mecha project ever seen on live screen. keep going!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

"Mom, can you buy me Armored Core?" "We have Armored Core at home." Armored core at home: Seriously though, it's a good game. Even unfinished, the package you get is worth the price point and worth spending to support further development as I believe we have a real hidden gem here. You get to create your own unique anime mech from a wide variety of pre-made armor and weapons parts or go bonkers if you have the time and patience to basically 3D model your own parts with the in-game tools. then you take out that mech into several fast-paced beat-em-up, shoot-em-up battles against giant alien monsters and other mechs run by a mysterious enemy. Pretty standard stuff but fun nonetheless. Combat kinda reminds me of Dynasty Warriors in a way (especially the Gundam spinn-off for obvious reasons). The story is fairly deep with some interesting characters and plot-points here an there just to tie everything together and make you feel like a real anime protagonist. That said though, I do have complaints (note: these are for Ver 9.0 when I wrote this) The combat seems to favor melee. You'll find that you can carve through hordes of enemies easily by wildly swinging your sword/axe/spear but you won't even be able to take out some of the weakest enemies individually with your bazooka in a reasonable time. Add to that, some bosses having anti-range weapon defenses and you start to wonder why the devs bothered including guns at all. And speaking of the bosses, the boss battle design in this game is difficult...but not in a good way. Every boss encounter is accompanied by an endlessly spawning wave of mobs that only go away when the boss dies. This is so annoying that even on the lower difficulties the extra mobs tend to become unmanageable. Here you are trying to damage the boss but mobs sneaks up behind you to drain your shield. you try to get away, or deal with them individually, and the boss takes that time to spam you with attacks while you're distracted. It's as if the devs didn't have faith in their boss design that they added such a cheap way to make the fight more "challenging". Hopefully in future versions, we will get to see a buff in range weapons, more proper 1v1 boss battles, and maybe some voice acting just to enhance the storytelling.
This game is definitely worth the money, but that's in my perspective, you should absolutely try the demo first. CUSTOMIZATION: The customization is absolute, it feels limitless, and unlocking these parts are mostly rewarding. COMBAT: The combat is fun, it's not amazing or godly tier-wise, but if you learn the feel of things and get a decent build for the level, it's fun. LEVELS: Levels have some variety, I'm not ecstatic about the variety in levels, but It's definitely good compared to the "low bar" of gaming; this is helped with the divergence of playable levels in trees. (e.g. "STORY", or "HUNT") DIFFICULTY: It does feel like difficulty spikes somewhat, with several moments where I have to rethink my build, but this just means you have to think a tad bit with this game. ONLINE PLAY: Online play is a different story. I don't actually know how it goes down in the lobbies, but that's because not many people play it, so it's just how socially "dead" games work. I believe that if the multiplayer games are fairly similar to the main levels, it could be fun. But, I admit that I've never used multiplayer because of the lack of players. CONCLUSION: Overall, I give this game a very positive view, but like I said earlier, you should absolutely try the demo first, so you don't go in absolutely blind. I hope this helps.
Great game for Mech Customization with a lot of parts and adjustments. The combat part is quite generic and standard. I fully recommend this game

"Mom, can we have Gundam Breaker?" "We have Gundam Breaker at home" Gundam Breaker at home: [edit after some more playing]: don't go in expecting Armored Core or you'll be seriously disappointed, as the quote at the top says this is pretty much Gundam Breaker without a franchise attached and with actual enemy/mission variety and plays as such, you play this to get parts to build your dream mech, not for the story
