Centuries ago, a primal magic surged from the earth's depths, fueling empires but twisting it's inhabitant and the world into corruption's grasp. Forests blackened, skies bled shadow, and rivers turned to poison.
But a less prevalent radiant energy was also born, and hidden within pure warriors, the Luminaries. Armed with the light, their goal is to reclaim the land, hurling back the blight.
Yet the Luminary's gift is double-edged, immortality that tempts the soul. Every 80 years, Luminaries must yield their light to a successor, or risk eternal decay. Defiant ones hoard it, swelling into godlike tyrants of darkness, the Ebonarchs
As a new Luminary, rise in power. Shatter the Ebonarch's abyssal power source to strip their immortality, and strike them down. Together with your fellow Luminaries, push back the Darkness with Light.

As everyone has already said, yes this game is early access, Alpha stage. However, Aside from that. It's a beautiful game. Amazing scenery and I am in love with the Sakura trees. (My favorite flower) Also, you can't go wrong with spending your relaxing day slaying goblins. Sit back, run around, and slay goblins to your hearts content along with the giant golems. It's great. It has SO much potential and it's there. I give 100% praise to the two devs. That takes alot of dedication and being communicative on their discord server and friendly is amazing and wonderful. I can't wait for the updates as they come. I definitely recommend this game. Come check it out and watch it flourish!
is a very good game but i had beat the whole game under one hour with a friend and there is to many bugs i am willing to rebuy the game one day again but for only under a hour of gameplay is not worth 17 or 20 is more wroth 5 to 7

Sadly at the game's current state: Not recommended. Why didnt I refund? Well, I see the potential and really hope devs will be able to finish what they envisioned and started. The foundation is solid but to charge £20 for a mostly empty map - honestly not worth that kinda money. PROS: Easy combat, leftclick for attack, rightclick to block and special attacks on Q & E. Simple but it works. Big plus is that when you hit enemies they actually recoil/stagger so you "feel" you're landing strikes -something even some AAA games don't. Movement is fairly fluid, a bit janky sometimes but not gamebreaking. Jump, glide, swim, etc feels responsive and fast bc you're going to run around A LOT. Pretty stable build on my specs - in 3 hours gameplay I only got 1 crash which imho is pretty good for an EA title. And it supports DLSS. Gamemechanics are simple and easy to learn. Game reminds me of Palia (exploring/visuals), ZELDA BotW and Skyrim (combat part). I enjoyed those titles so for me it's a positive thing. Cons: The big one: World is pretty but it's mostly empty - big map dotted with some enemy camps - no roaming mobs except for the occasional deer. As stated, it's EA so not very much enemy variation, goblins and golems (only seven of those though). Exploring feels bland bc map is so empty and the enjoyment of finding a "hidden" chest is ruined by the lackluster loot. Weapon system at current state is also a bit disappointing. A bunch of onehanded swords, 2-3 bows and one shield. Weapon skills are few - most of them are labeled "Coming soon". Armor is fully missing - I've found three outfits so far and they're all for cosmetic use. TL;DR: A typical EA title that could've cooked a bit longer. I enjoyed the actual gameplay when I found someting to actually do but about 75% of the time, I was just running through a pretty but empty world. My advice is to wait and look for future content updates before buying if £20 feels a bit too much for a - as an another reviewer called it - tech demo.
Got a refund. It's ok but not really fun.
Game, where's game?
The definition of early access, its fun enough but you more or less get dropped in the world and just kill the same 3 things over and over. Not really any quests or anything else that i could see. Experienced everything it had to offer in an hour. Keep an eye on it because its a solid foundation, but right now i wouldn't.
Don't buy it for awhile. Everything is "still in demo" even though it should say "coming soon" which is clearly a simple failure by the devs. Nothing much to do. Not many enemies. Very empty world. Way too soon.
I recommend playing the demo before buying. After playing the demo, I was looking forward to seeing how far I could progress in the full release. I bought it without checking the roadmap, but as it stands, the game is essentially just the demo with a few extra features—a larger map designed solely for field exploration. Once you’ve cleared the three towns to unlock the towers and shields, the rest is just a exploration game involving searching for treasure chests and destroying gnomes. Excluding the exploration elements, the game can be completed in about two hours. The “fishing,” “animal capture,” and “lifestyle content” mentioned in the store description are nowhere to be found. There’s no use for the crystals you mine. There are no NPCs. Armor is purely cosmetic—there’s no difference in performance. As for destroying gnomes, since there’s no wall-climbing mechanic at this point, it doesn’t seem possible to complete the full set. There are no vehicles or other means of transportation—you can only explore on foot or by gliding from high places, which makes exploration quite stressful. Even if you level up your weapon skills, you can’t learn any skills beyond the starting ones, and there are only three types of enemy mobs: “Melee Goblins,” “Archer Goblins,” and “Golems.” You might expect different item types or bosses to appear as you progress, but it’s just endless goblins. Once you get the hang of fighting while retreating, it becomes nothing but a grind. I realized partway through that you can destroy gnomes with a bow, but I didn’t have the energy to go back to the places I couldn’t climb. I have a faint hope that by the time I’ve forgotten all about this in half a year, there will be various updates.
Was ist denn an "Maps" pro Sitzung "einzigartig"?
