Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I played through the primary game once and didn't feel like I wanted to do any extras like extra prize hunting or going for speed. Played on a Rift S, 6700xt, r7-3700x, 32gb ram. It's a fairly basic platformer with just a couple infuriating moments where timing was important. There was certainly a pile of fox carcasses feeding fish in the bottom of the last non-boss level. Otherwise controls were good. I was able to no-hit the final boss on the first encounter. I'm pretty good with motion sickness. It took me a minute to adjust to the automatically panning camera, but not bad after that. If you're sensitive to sideways motion, this will probably trigger you. VR doesn't make a huge impact in the game, there's a couple neat parts where looking around is required. The final Boss, however, made great use. The Rift S doesn't have a huge FOV, so I had to keep turning my head to check for incoming attacks and lining up shots. Personally, I would LOVE more of these 3rd person style games (also like Moss) instead of the myriad of first person VR. I know I'm in the minority there.
Low cortisole meme, the game was worth the 300 bucks, the usps delay, and the hassle of setting up vr on steam

Buenísimo. Uno de los mejores juegos de VR, deberían hacer más juegos como este.
I would be nice if all vr games were like this, i could just sit and play with a xbox 360 controller. Its a cool little platformer that reminded me of crash bandicoot. The little side underground levels are a cool part that would be coo; to see more games do.
Lucky’s Tale VR brings traditional 3D platforming into virtual reality with a warm, inviting charm that leans heavily on atmosphere, comfort, and accessibility. Developed by Playful Corp., the game places you just behind the protagonist, Lucky, a cheerful fox navigating a series of colorful worlds in search of his kidnapped friend. Rather than attempting to reinvent platforming mechanics, the game adapts familiar genre elements to a VR space, letting the perspective itself do much of the heavy lifting. The result is a platformer that feels immediately approachable, even to those who might hesitate to try more intense or physically demanding VR titles. One of the most striking aspects of the experience is the sense of immersion created by the fixed third-person camera. Instead of controlling the camera with a stick, you naturally lean and look around the environment, peering behind structures, gauging jump distances, and uncovering secrets by physically shifting your viewpoint. The levels resemble miniature dioramas that come alive as Lucky runs through them, and this scale—combined with the soft, stylized graphics—creates a feeling of presence that a flat-screen version could not fully replicate. This perspective works especially well with collectibles scattered throughout each stage, encouraging you to explore every nook and cranny with playful curiosity. Mechanically, the game focuses on straightforward platforming: jumping, double-jumping, tail-swiping enemies, and ground-pounding obstacles. The controls are responsive, and Lucky moves with a predictability that allows players to adjust quickly to VR’s spatial quirks. The world design supports this simplicity, offering a mix of gentle puzzle elements, traditional platforming challenges, and several hidden paths that reward observation. While the game doesn’t introduce radically new mechanics as it progresses, its pacing and structure make it suitable for short, comfortable VR sessions that don’t overwhelm players with motion or complexity. The simplicity, however, also limits the game’s long-term appeal. The level designs, while charming, follow familiar patterns and often reuse similar enemy types and environmental themes. For experienced platformer fans, the challenge remains light throughout, and the overall campaign can be completed in just a few hours. There are optional objectives—such as collecting special tokens or attempting time trials—that add replay value, but the core experience doesn’t evolve drastically after the early stages. This makes Lucky’s Tale best suited for casual play or for users seeking a cozy VR adventure rather than an ambitious or mechanically deep platformer. The VR implementation is smooth and generally comfortable, but it isn’t without its quirks. Because the camera stays fixed relative to Lucky rather than floating freely, certain angles can make depth perception tricky, especially when lining up jumps across small platforms or trying to judge enemy positions precisely. The game occasionally places Lucky in situations where obstacles partially obscure him, requiring the player to physically lean around objects. While this can enhance immersion, it also highlights the limitations of the fixed-view approach when platforming demands precision. Despite its modest scope, Lucky’s Tale VR succeeds in delivering a joyful and accessible experience that showcases VR’s ability to enhance traditional gameplay genres in subtle but meaningful ways. It feels like a friendly introduction to VR platforming—colorful, gentle, and polished, with a protagonist designed to be instantly likable. Those looking for a lengthy or highly challenging campaign may find it too light, but players who appreciate a relaxing, visually charming adventure will likely enjoy what it offers. With its inviting art direction, intuitive VR integration, and consistently pleasant atmosphere, Lucky’s Tale VR stands as a delightful early example of how virtual reality can transform even familiar gaming experiences into something fresh and endearing. Rating: 8/10
It's great for kids. But I also enjoy it, because it reminds me of Super Mario 64.
норм
Годный платформер в стиле Бандикута и Марио. Из минусов только то что поздние уровни ощущаются менее отпалированными
Lucky's Tale was the game that introduced me to VR back when it came out on the Oculus Rift. Today it looks better than ever. It's a simple 3D Platformer though admittedly some of the red coin hunts are a bit annoying. Oh you can pet Lucky too and he looks so cute.
this game was so fun, i had to play ever day until i finished it. i used a quest 2 with virtual streamer app.
