For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.

The same issues others have noted about repetitiveness and time is accurate; it's not a satisfying gameplay loop to sink into for hours. And I'm the type who racks up 30+ hrs in exactly this kind of plot-free sorting games. Also - and devs - you are not cute, funny, or interesting. the achievement image for increasing security level to 10 is a sombrero. the far more subtle dog whistles throughout the game's content wasn't enough, huh? dogs can never help themselves.
returned the game within 10 minutes because a game that advertises itself as cozy organizing game actually has very little to do with organizing and more with stressing to return items in time. there's no relaxing part to this imo and no reward for organizing items, only reaction time. having to deal with annoying robbers every 20 seconds that punish you for not reacting in 0.2 seconds is SO annoying, I legit can't understand how this game has so many positive reviews among the other cozy organizing games, but looking at this company, it has released so many very similar looking games and I anticipated it was going to be slop..

Good idea, poor execution. This is going to be my first game refund. Firstly, the time mechanics are bizarre. I found myself alternating between incredibly stressed (in a not-fun way) at the normal/hard difficulties, and incredibly bored at the casual/easy difficulties. I think they should have implemented some kind of customer conveyer belt mechanism for easy mode, so you're not just waiting ages in-between everyone. Secondly, because this almost entirely a time-based hidden object game (and no other genre - don't let the marketing fool you), they try to shoe-horn in other mechanics to make it more fun, like mini games, robbers, etc. These are terrible, and only serve to detract from, not add to, the game. Finally, and importantly, this game has an INCREDIBLY annoying and long-standing bug. One of the features (which I feel is the most interesting one!!) is that if you don't have an object someone is looking for, you can ask them to leave their number and you can call them back. Unfortunately, this barely works. Half the time they don't show up, and when they do, half the time they're looking for an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT OBJECT. Except this time, you can't even ask them to come back!!
This game is pretty fun while you're doing the tutorial but it's not meant for a long play session. I don't like playing the "normal" difficulty because of how fast it moves, I feel like I cant get anything done correctly but moving down to "casual" makes everything super slow. I wish there was a better in between.
It's just not...fun. Several compounding reasons make this game hard in a way that just takes away from what I want in an organizational game. In no particular order: If you are in a mini game when the thief shows up, you don't have time to pepper spray him before he starts taking money. The call back system. If you don't have an item, you declare that and get a phone number. If you get the item later or realize you actually had the item, you have to call the customer back. Three customers could suddenly show up while you are trying to call the phone number. The phone has a delay between pulling it up and accepting button inputs, resulting in missclicks and you have to start over. The person will then show up randomly. Once, I had someone show up requesting the item so I gave it to them and THEN the person I called showed up asking for the item I just gave away. If you don't realize you don't have the item and spend too much time looking for it, you don't get a call back number. Table expansion. You quickly run out of table space. I thought it would be great to buy a bigger table from the shop. You...do get a bigger table, but you have to pan the camera to see more table. That means you can't see the conveyor belt loading more items. You can't see all your items at once. Three people show up at the same time and if you don't know exactly where those items are on the table, your boned. No thief cooldown. I pepper sprayed a thief and started peeling stickers off luggage...and the next arrival was another thief. Animals. You have a caged cat. Sitting on your desk. FOR DAYS. You're not feeding it. It doesn't have a litter box in there. And it meows pathetically. No one ever came for it before I got everwhelmed with item volume. Overwhelm. You eventually end up with a line of callback numbers for items that have never showed up. Large clunky items you're fighting to make space for, moving the little items around until you forget where they are. Six different boarding passes which come in so frequently it becomes harder and harder to remember which ones you have. If you think you have it and scroll over them looking for a city that isn't there, the customer leaves by the time you realize you don't have it. The customers have no patience. While you are drowning in a mountain of lost items, they give you seconds to decide, leaving as you're trying to hand them the item you finally found and...oh, the conveyor belt cycled while you were panicking and you lost the three items you didn't drag off of it. So. No. I couldn't find the game enjoyable after a few in game days. There's no satisfaction because you're always going to be making mistakes unless you have a solid organization system and amazing memory from the start. Honestly I think the game could be salvaged by either having the customers wait longer or make them wait as long as you needed with a stiff penalty on tips, Or instead of items arriving on a conveyor belt, just place them in a box you have to sort through instead of just being dumped in the incinerator because you needed more than a 30 seconds to deal with a crisis. And then there's the black market system. You're so bad at your job, that you just sell items you couldn't return. Or...I guess, steal high value items without concern for their owner? It didn't sit well with my moral compass. If this was a game ABOUT a disgruntled TSA worker and you go into the game knowing that, sure...but I just wanted a comfy organizing game. Hell, maybe I should of sold that poor cat the second day no one came for it just to get him off the table. I'm sure there are people that can enjoy this game, but not for me.
Despite all the bad reviews, I kept coming back to this game and thinking, "It couldn't be *that* bad. It checks so many boxes..." I ended up getting it in a bundle, so I didn't pay very much for it, but even knowing it had mixed reviews, I was still underwhelmed and disappointed. I played it for one sitting, then couldn't bring myself to go back to it. I like the concept, but the execution is so boring and slow.
i love the concept, music and graphics in this game however there is some issues with the game mechanics and grind. it is a big grind to get all the achievements (i ended up getting them all offline when the wifi was out hence the playtime) and several times i had to recreate new games because security upgrades or items bugged out. personally i can't recommend this game because of the bugs i faced when trying to 100% it and the big grind. if the bugs were fixed then the grind wouldn't be as bad as it was. if you don't care about getting all the achievements and you want a game to play for short periods here and there then this game is for you if you don't face any bugs.
not worth the 500 yen i paid for this game... there's very little in terms of progression and upgrading, so you're essentially stuck with the annoying mechanics you would normally grind to upgrade out of. the thief shows up even if you get a safe, and steals your money before you can use the pepper spray, just felt poorly thought out... there are MANY tweaks that the devs could hammer out and refine but it feels unfinished.
I thought this game would be a chiller, but is actually a fast paced matching game. Also, the names of items aren't always very descriptive. For example a customer will ask for a bracelet, and I'm sitting over here with like 5 different bracelets on my table and the only way to figure out which one they're talking about is to hover over them all to see which bracelet is called "bracelet". Anyways, a good concept, but poor execution, or maybe it was incorrectly advertised as a chill game?
i'd give this game a 6/10 overall. Fun for a while and then it becomes so ridiculously overwhelming I can't even describe it. The table upgrades are almost useless because you have to hold and scroll to the other side of the table so what's the point in having a bigger table if you can't see everything on it. Plus the items can quite literally take up the entire table and the conveyor belt never stops giving you items. And customers won't come pick up the huge items for days and it just sits and takes up space. And then if I finally decide to throw the item away the conveyor belt almost immediately gives me the same item right back. AND the penalty for not getting stuff off the conveyor belt gets bigger and bigger. Sometimes there's a glitch where if you don't perfectly give the item you can no longer see it and it's off screen and people will continue to come and ask for it over and over again, yet it's disappeared from the screen and unattainable again. Overall if you like mayhem go ahead, but if you want something relaxing, I don't recommend. I prefer Ship, Inc. to this game.
