Long after the passing of the Second Shadow, when dragons ruled the twilight sky and the stars were bright and numerous, came the Age of the Great Guilds. Blacksmiths. Shepherds. Clerics. Each dedicated to the absolute control of secret knowledge. Another such Guild was the Weavers.

Loom is a timeless piece of interactive art that proves how far ahead of its time early ’90s games could be. Of everything I’ve played from around 1990, this one stands out in almost every way. The visuals and art direction are beautiful, carrying a painterly quality that still feels distinct today, and the soundtrack is incredible - somehow pushing past the technical limits of the era to create something genuinely memorable. The story is engaging, elegant, and delivered with a sense of restraint that lets the world and its themes breathe. More than just a great point & click adventure, Loom feels like an early example of games aspiring to be “high art,” blending narrative, music, and design into something cohesive and meaningful. LucasArts made many classics, but this one stands apart - not just as one of their best, but as a defining achievement for the genre as a whole.
Loom . Wow! A 1990 game communicates with me using voice. Hight conceptional game with amazing setting about wizards and greate LOOM! . Controls: Mouse point and click . Mechanics and features: Listen to the music of different objects in the world and repeat it using the notes on our magic staff.

Played this game as a kid when it was new, now that im older i have a much greater understanding of it, Those new to the game should listen to the (loom audio Drama) Available on youtube, it helps with the game setting, the game needs a reboot
